Hey! Glad you enjoyed the video. That area is a really great area. Very close to a Publix and other stores. Close a a couple parks. Very close to the local schools and the schools there are rated very highly on GreatSchools.

All the homes in this community are single family homes. They are all 2 or 3 floors.

Redwood Floor plans here range from the high $700k's to low $900k's depending on the lot and options selected.

Unfortunately they don't have any floorplans available online anymore for the Armstrong since they have sold out of it. Sorry.

Taylor Morrison will offer a lot more in design options and has a higher quality of materials in their standard list of features. If you want to have the more SF, Lennar is the better choice. If you want to have more control of the design and higher quality finishes, Taylor Morrison would be a better option.

Blythe floorplans tend to be between $800k-$900k depending on the lot and the options selected.

Yeah Its not common, but some builders will have a few in neighborhoods. Let me know if you need help finding the right one!

That one is the model home and they won't sell that until the end of construction. I would expect it to sell for close to $600k. If you where to build one comparable in the neighborhood now, the would likely range from $550k - $575k depending on the lot premium.

Iredell county has done a great job allowing building over the last few years. I wouldn't be surprised if we saw a slow down in building similar to York County.

The model doesn't have a basement, though they offer this floorplan with an unfinished basement. This home range from $480k-$540k depending on options.

Basements are very rare in NC due to the cost to build them here. They are under 10% of homes and usually add $100k+ to the cost of a home.
