I always go for ch c.s 5[d] 5k dc 5k c.s for my ch route, does 5k dc 2k do more?
ch c.s 5[d] 5k dc 5k c.s 2s 2h does more damage but the second hit of 2s whiffs on some characters (may for example) and ch c.s 5[d] 5k dc 5k c.s 2s(single hit) 2h does less damage than ch c.s 5[d] 5k dc 2k c.s 2s 2h and i am not going to tell people to learn character specific routing when the difference is so small but its why i said its "near optimal" lol
