Regarding DTS and Dolby Digital , any day DTS has upper hand. That is the reason people are saying DTS is good. As you said it;s not because they are brain dead. Dont think that, you are superior to every one and you are the master in audio technology. Being an audio enthusiast, i have experienced both DTS and Dolby digital movies in theaters. Still i remember watching Tamil Movie Annyan in Sree padmanabha trivandrum in DTS and also Avatar Ist part in DTS. DTS audio quality is superb compared to other dolby digital movies released during that time. ( I am not comparing Atmos VS DTS-X , reason being i haven;t experienced DTS-X so far). Encoding of Dolby digital is at 256kbps/640 kbps but DTS it;s 756 kbps, This means that Dolby Digital has a more compressed audio quality than DTS does. Another difference between the two is that Dolby Digital is a lossy format while DTS is lossless. This means that when you play back audio encoded in Dolby Digital, some of the original data has been lost and can't be recovered . I had old DVD's with movies encoded in Dolby digital and DTS. Difference is clearly audible when you switch the movie between Dolby digital and DTS and that is the reason, people still love DTS than dolby digital. Regaring your way of presentation, it always looks like so arrogant and all are aware you are gathering this bits and pieces from internet not from your fucking brain. So don;t make fun of other people by saying "BRAIN DEAD" you BULLSHIT IDIOT.
