This is a fact. ATS has another project...PQR...Sector 152.Noida....They took booking amount since March 2017. It has been more than 5 years 7 months.....still waiting for possession.
The original possession date was Sep 2022 - Mar 2023, and now it's Jan 2024, and the delay is because of Covid and all the stops the government has put time to time on construction activities, so what exactly are you whining about and how is it the builder's fault? I know the dates pretty well since I too have a flat booked in PR.

ATS Leadership team (Mr. Getamber and ATS Greens/ Homecraft team) In 2018, there had been multiple options from different reputed builders available to us and it was a tough decision we had the trust of ATS brand & leadership in the quality & timely delivery of the flat. And chosen ATS Greens to be our partner. We, Harish Chander Gulati & joint owner Geeta Gulati a booked flat number 2094 unit size-1550(SQFT) in ATS Grandstand, Sector 99A Gurgaon booked on dated 27 October 2018 and registered BBA/agreement registered on 2O December 2018 with handover/possession of flat by 30 June 2023 and also provided reference to various friends & relative to opt for it. For four years saliently, we group of individuals waiting for the delivery of a flat booked in ATS and doesn’t see any sight of construction at the project site. Moreover, we are struggling to get updates of ATS grandstand project and seek to have face-to-face meetings with project leadership to understand the course of action for this project, & compensation for the delay of project construction. We are seeking an affirmative reply to get 1. Update of ATS Grandstand project, with confirmed delivery dates 2. Compensation due to non-delivery

Shame on ATS very bad
ATS has lost all its reputation basis which people had purchased flats from them. These are bunch of liars who give you false hope. All they care about is to somehow make people complete their payments but they forget that it’s their responsibility to deliver the properties on time. It’s disheartening to note that they have financial issues despite collecting 80% or more payments from all the buyers. The CRM behaves like a CRM only when payments are due. In spite of more than 2 years of delay this CRM is not at all forthcoming and they behave as if nothing is wrong and it’s always the buyers who have to plead to such ignorant CRM team to have meetings or to know the status of the project.
Shame on ATS
Do not get swayed by the sugar coated words of ATS. They are making buyers from different places to struggle to get their house for which money has already been taken.. late and still they have audacity to be adamant.shameful builder . Don't trust sourabh, vipin, varsha, Sethi ,virmani n Anand clan
