People plag it off as id the Kazakhstani jet crashed into the 747 on purpose, but in reality the Pilots didn't see the 747 til it was too late, they thought that the 747 might have been belpw or above them, but this wasn't true the 747 couldn't pull up in time, resulting in the Il-76 getting hit by the 747, the radio connection between the atc and flight 1907 was not super strong, this is why the crew didn't understand what the Air traffic controller was saying to them, tesulting in the mid air collision.
