I ship Spamano, and its my otp, but this is adorable, I love how even they had the pirate fight, they make a good pairing, and i think they should really be more popular, because in my opinion UsUk isnt just right. (but that just an opinion) and I cant find England make a good pairing with anyone else but spain or france. (FrUk.)

@HeavenSealed That actually bugs me quite a bit when I look on websites for SpainUk pictures. People forget that the Spaniards were pretty brutal back then and that the whole Spanish Armada sinking in 1598, I think it was, was an armada sent to invade England. That's where most of the fans point to the English brutality against Spain, it seems.
Yeah, people also forget why Spain sent that armada. Which, by the way, didn't want to invade England for the sake of invading England, it wanted to restor the catholic reign (which could or could not be ligitimate), but it's not like Spain was going to stay in England, nor "conquer" England. It wanted to help the catholic heirs to the English throne, and that's all. I know England likes to paint it as an actual invasion (taking the land) but that's just English antionalistic bullshit. And no, Spain was not nearly as brutal nor treacherous as England was. One of the main reason the Armada was sent to England is that England had betrayed the long good relations hsip it had with Spain and it was attacking Spain's ships, that precisely passed close to English beaches because they were supposed to be in good terms with them. Plus, Elizabeth I murdered the Catholic Queen (and her cousin, I think) Mary of Scots. It is not as simple as Spain wanted to invade England, 1 the intention was not exactly invading England as in taking the land for Spain 2 the ones to start the conflic where the English, against the very people they were suppoosed to be in more or less good terms and who trusted them enough to get their ships nearby the English coasts. Which is not new, I mean, that's Enlgand's history for you.

who's the guy in the middle of the pic at 1:22 ? first i thought he was England (because of other pics i've seen which shows Denmark, England and Prussia together..) but then again, this guy has a ahoge (which England hasn't) ...
