    Guys, here is a business case - I got clients with projects lasting 1-6 months, several team members and leads should email the client and back. Should I choose TeamInbox or Desk? I am pretty much aware of support ticket systems where one email box at the company is accessed by several employees. What are the differences btw TInbox and Desk in that regard? Thank you

      Hi @uzbekuncle, Zoho TeamInbox is just a transparent workspace where your group emails and other conversations are shared with the team. Whereas, Zoho Desk is a full-fledged ticketing system. If your workflow is simple and if you don't want ticket numbers, you can very well use Zoho TeamInbox. If you have a complex workflow with advanced agent assignment, SLA etc., we suggest you use Zoho Desk. However, please share with us your email or phone number or write to us at support@zohoteaminbox.com. We can then understand your complete requirement and advice you precisely.

    More functions need to have: - separate e-mail from thread (it's common people use an old e-mail to create a new one) - Join e-mail to thread - create folders and use rules to move e-mails to them (for VIP/important mails for example) - keyboard shortcuts mainly: spam, archive, delete, reply - migration e-mails to PERSONAL inbox, at the moment only SHARED inbox can do it - default signature for each INBOX (shared or personal) - comments under e-mails so don't need to open sidebar - add documents to comments and index them (PDF for example) - sidebar always open to show previous e-mail from this sender (to see if it's a regular customer or not) - button SEND with option "SEND AND SNOOZE"

      Hey Jorge! Thank you for the suggestions, we've noted them down and we'll see what's possible. We'll keep you posted. With respect to your query about folders, you can now create empty inboxes (inbox with no channel connected) and use them as folders to organize your relevant threads. You can drag and drop them manually, or set up rules to move threads between inboxes. And about joining an email to a thread, you can now mark a thread as duplicate to another thread. We are not entirely sure if this solve your requirement, but we can discuss your case. We're dropping you an email to connect further on your requirements.     You can't create folders to organise emails?? So what's the difference of just using Shared Mailbox in Zoho Mail? Another app just to assign the email to someone? Are you planning to add this option in Zoho Mail or TeamInbox?

      Hi @didier_pare! Sorry for the late reply. In Zoho TeamInbox you can connect group email addresses hosted on any email service, and not just Zoho Mail. Zoho Mail users can very well use the Shared Mailbox capability within the app. We are working on enhancing the features further. Zoho TeamInbox does not follow a folder structure as does Zoho Mail. However, you can use "Shared tags" to organize your threads. Tagging can be automated also.

      Hello @MonQuiocho, sorry for the delay. Yes of course, they can create an inbox for their email address and add only you as the member of the inbox.

      Hello Hend Ra, We don't have any permission like that, but as a workaround you can @mention the member in the comment section of the thread. When you do that only the specific thread will be shared with the member, and they will not be able to view the entire inbox. For further assistance, please write to support@zohoteaminbox.com

    Exactly what we were looking for. Unfortunately, important features are missing: Do you know if these features are planned and when they are coming? - Sharing mails to another team inbox - Mirroring of incoming and outgoing mail in CRm (e.g. via Imap)
