hello. I have one and in the Device Update section says my Main Module version and MCU version are the same an V5.0.2 . Mine does in PTZ mode tilt & pan perfectly, like yours. But when selected tracking mode only moves in pan mode (horizontally) with no tilt (vertical) movement. Can you tell us if your camera does pan & tilt in tracking mode? An your firmware version? I use Smart Life app, but when using Tuya, does the same. Also my device has no button to switch on and of the light, but can be done using other controls.

Inductivv Brand headphones: I had bought them for use while riding my bike. I had bought 2 sets cause of the promotion sale they were having. Pros: Comfortable and sound good Cons: I had 2 sets go bad in about 35 days. First set after about 2 weeks of daily use starting getting cracking sound on the left side. I tried charging them after I got home they they wouldn't charge anymore so I emailed the Inductivv support and got an email back saying they would contact me. They never tried to contact me so I called them the following week and talk to someone in support. I asked for them to replace them since I felt that it wouldn't happen again. I started using the 2nd set I had purchased and they lasted less than a week with the same problem. I again emailed them a couple days later and called them the following week and their response was sorry it's pass the 30 warranty and we can't do anything for you. I have yet used the replacement set they sent me cause I already have been disappointed twice. Conclusion: Do not waste you time or money on this brand on Inductive headphones. If they had a good product they will stand by it fully. 30 day warranty is not adequate enough to back up their product.

Be careful, these are unscrupulous manufacturers and sellers! I bought their "device" on the official manufacturer's website. The brushes fell apart after a day. The seller on the website said that the brushes are not part of the device and they will not replace them. Instead of compensation, I received an offer to buy new brushes. Horrible!

1 hour trying to set it up…. Watched about 5 of these set up videos, read what I could find.. It would not connect with the 4 lights…. Tried it in 3 spots…. Had to restart my computer, and reset device (which was not clear it actually reset)….. too much aggravation … until I took a hammer to it on my work bench and felt it fly in a million pieces… What a scam.

I liked my net first, worked really well and did great cleaning however after a couple of weeks, all of the bristles began popping right out.

This is a piece of junk. Do not buy. I repeat DO NOT BUY. I followed the instructions in this video and for a brief time the Extender light lit up, but now it never lights up, and yes I have tried to reboot it with the little tool it came with. Word to the wise "Never buy from a site that doesn't have a support tab." Lesson learned for me.

Entering 192.168.188.1/ into my browser brings up an error message. Is it possible it no longer works?

This is not a translator all this is is a two-way mic to your phone it works with a software program on your phone and if your phone doesn't have internet all it is is a brick like I said this is just a two-way microphone. That works go to Bluetooth totally useless without a phone because it is not a translator it is a two-way mic

Problem with videos like these, there is nothing about how well it performs in a couple months or after six months, etc. This AlkiVision cam is *not* even listed on AlkiVision‘s website (thus, support not mentioned) and the app is Vicohome. Do we look for more red flags?
