Played this one over and over so much I wore the grooves out of the vinyl. As usual a visual of London Town brought out in lyric and sound.

I remember these days oh so well..,, Ian as usual spot on with the tongue in cheek lyrics. Some of those groups spent more money on makeup than Ziegfeld folly girls.

One of the best most favorite videos. Tull in their very best period. IMO.

My daughter danced to her choreographed version of this for a talent show in grade school. She had been taking dance class and I thought this song would be perfect. I wish this would have been available for her to view to enhance the experience.

I played in the London UK prog band Tallis and Tull rehearsed nearby and we shared a roadie, lol. Ian put new strings on his guitar everyday. A very fussy player gets at least a month from a set. So I got his day old strings free so when after 2 weeks Tull went on a tour I had strings for a year, lol. 🙂

A world-changing, historic, and hugely significant record that bemused, baffled, and belittled the morons of the music press, who all panned it mercilessly because they simply did not understand it. They were like Monkeys invited to a formal dinner. They looked for bananas but were offered caviare. A masterpiece, which reveals something you'd overlooked every time you listen to it. Well done Ian and the boys. You have changed my life for the better, and the same applies to millions all over the world who have been lucky enough to discover Jethro Tull, the world's best ever Rock band.

I literally wore out the grooves (the sound became distorted!) on the StormWatch album I had bought the day it arrived at my local record store. What an awesome album.

I wish the young people of today were this cool! They expressed themselves with great music, not tattoos and piercings.

I love love love Tull and they are on constant rotation in my playlist but DAMN they are on fire in this show! I love it when I discover something new to love and admire about a band that I thought I already knew pretty well. Gonna dive deeper into this era of Tull.

Circe 1985 I read the HHH print permanently in the Rare Book room at the U.S. Library of Congress, gifted therein by previous owner Thomas Jefferson. Now the big question... was T. Jefferson or G. Washington the new world J.T. ??

Ah yes. . The days of the half hour drum solo. I went out to my car, had a few beers bought a t shirt, stopped at the lavatory and came back to enjoy the show!

Really good. It’s as if I can place myself at the location of this recoding based on familiar tunes from the era. ❤

Nothing is easy for sure! Seems Ian couldn't hear a thing on stage her4e and there (12:52 for example)... but did one hell of a job performing as always.

Ian was so kind while meeting my friend, guitarist in a Tull tribute in San Diego, who was dying in a wheelchair from ALS. He LOVED Tull, and treasured the picture of you together! You are a true gentlemen Ian, thank you from me and his family!

Did John Glascock record Bass on this track? I know he didn't record the entire album.... He was my personal favorite Bass player for Tull.
