Man lässt einfach "Psycho" weg! 😂🤦🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️
I love how you chose to show only the original release grosses of each film in theaters before the adjustment for inflation and excluding grosses from video & streaming purchases/rentals.
Where’s evil dead
It 2017 is amazing
list is wrong lol 1: It (2017) 2:The sixth sense 3:Jaws 4:ghostbusters 5:The Exorcist 6: IT chapter 2 7:Get Out 8: Halloween 9:Scary movie 10:What lies beneath
avatar is very overrater
Alien Is arrived 204.000.000 $
This is entirely wrong and you miss some of the well selling consoles
jaws is the best
I would’ve thought that Halloween (1978) would’ve made much more money and have been much higher on the list. It’s my favorite horror movie of all time. Psycho is my next favorite horror movie of all time. Exorcist has a neat, kind of good sounding theme music and nice looking fog with light shining on it, though I don’t like the movie.
I still have not seen Titanic, Lord of the Rings, Avengers, The Sound of Music, nor Dr. Zhivago. The only time that I saw a Pirates of the Caribbean movie was as late as the summer of 2021. I’ve only seen the first movie of that series. The only time that I saw a Harry Potter movie was as late as early 2021, it was the first of the movie series, and it’s the only Potter movie that I care about seeing since I don’t like the premise of the stories of Harry Potter. I don’t care about seeing any of the Lord of the Rings movies.
Not only should you adjust for inflation. You should also adjust for population count. In 1939, all of america saw Gone With the Wind, and that’s a population of, what, 150 people? Imagine if that same percentage of the current population saw on of these comic book movies today?
I’m surprised What Lies Beneath is in the top 10, movie hardly get la talked about. I like it.
Definitely showing the list at the end of it all was highly accurate. I still believe Titanic is way more than what it says, everyone and their grandmas -not just mothers- has the Titanic.
holy Venezuela .... like... really 10Milion % ? that is insane
What?? I can’t believe “Home Alone” (1990) beat “Batman” (1989).
😳 Wow. Gone With the Wind came up right at the end like that on top, didn't it? 😆
Avatar Is THE most overrated boring of all. After the 90's the quality of movies and entertainment In general took a giant nosedive. All Marvel comic flicks from 2000 - now sucked too and all seem the same imo. Blade from 1998 paved the way yet gets no credit , but still the only one I ever liked.
Gone With The Wind is the GOAT.
Avatar is one of the most highest grossing movies of all time, stayed number one for around a decade, no sequels and nobody remembers a single line of dialogue
Thanks for adjusting it for inflation at the end, I hate it when lists spanning decades don't do that.
12:11 For me though Star Wars will always be number 1!!
marvel
All the new woke super hero movies will be bottom dwellers.
Dam endgame is the most grossing movie of all time
Nice how they threw in the inflation list at the end. That's probably the real list right there
Even under Trump's so called "best economy in 100 years'- USA not even on the list of highest GDP per capita. 😐
Is there a reason you leave China and USA (and UK)off the main list? 😳
Make Great America again
Cool to see around the world in 80 days on this list. One of my favorites.
Highest grossing movies back then: Gone with the Wind, The Sound of Music, The Godfather, Jaws, One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest, Rocky, Star Wars, Raiders, Back to the Future, ET Highest grossing movies now; Transformers 67, Jurassic World 18, Minions, Fast and Furious 38, Crappy Disney Star Wars
Thanks. Star wars sucks.fuxk them actors. Stupid childish movies.I was expecting pulp fiction, but eh.
Avengers?
@@estuardochun4445 revenge of the sixth and force awakens is good though
@@estuardochun4445 but, the last Jedi and rise of the skywalker suck
@@takonadareishvili1743 fuck fantasy.
Things I learned; -Stallone had a big 1985 -Will Smith had a two movie streak in the 90s -Armageddon was really big? -Pirates of the Caribbean 2 was MASSIVE -Mission: Impossible 2 was big... -The Matrix Reloaded was the highest grossing R rated movie ever.
I'm sorry but gone with the wind puts me to sleep 😴.
Happy to see that Jurassic park is the first movie ever to meet 1 Billion
Titanic was the first. Jurassic Park got to 1 billion after a 3D re-release in 2013.
Wizard of Oz?
And Russia
"Adjusted for inflation" lmaoo
Star Wars is always the king
Eww Transformers and Jurassic World...
Time to watch some old 2000s Disney Pixar movies again
Disney at the first year belike:I'm the big man
Endgame: highest grossing movie Titanic: lol no
James Cameron did okay with The Terminator and a couple of other movies
Notice how this starts at 1939 AFTER "Birth of a Nation" is no longer #1?
Who is here know when avatar has been re realised in cinema’s and beaten Endgame I am very sad
oh god this makes me feel old
Endgame is the greatest
So Jurassic Park was the first to ever hit Billions?
Avatar overtakes Avengers: Endgame as the all time highest-grossing film of all time, rises to 2.8B.
Which of both them can reach the $3 billion Dollar mark worldwide? Can endgame reach the $700 million dollar mark in china ?
@@noatak9243 I don't know, I don't know the future, THE FACT is that as of this moment Avatar is the all time highest-grossing film of all time.
Wrong wrong wrong wrong wrong, NOT adjusted for inflation this whole video is bogus, highest grossing movie of all time is 1 Gone with the Wind $3,706,000,000 1939
Did you see the whole video?
gone with the wind is gone with the wind...
