The tires can rub the fender when fully articulated and steering, so added the lift. It did this even with stock tires and tires are practically the same size.

@ yeah they do rub just a bit on the stock 117mm tires, I have a set of 120mm tires that actually get stuck on the fender when articulating.. so but I also noticed the metal wheels have a lot more offset too which makes it even worse. Im trying to decide whether to lift it or to try the 6mm offset wheel hubs to keep the tires from sticking out so far and catching. And also keeping the center of gravity low. I just wondered if the rub got really bad when you added those wider offset wheels

When the firing pin strikes the steel breech face instead of the brass rim of a cartridge, it can create a dent or micro-space called peening. Also, dry firing can create a burr in the chamber mouth that can prevent extraction. Finally, prolonged dry firing without a snap cap can break the firing pin. Obviously, this depends on the rifle.

For around the same price you can get ar -15 chambered in .22. The main advantages of buying that instead of a savage model 64 is that the operation of the ar-15 translates more to other rifles, it’s easier to take apart, and it has a lot more customization options.

I highly doubt it. Though it uses the standard 5mm peg, the axe cups around the fist and this Prime's fists are tiny. You'd have to cut some material off the axe to make it work or something.

Assuming that is in CAD, it's not that much more than the amount I paid at $60 USD. Also, if you really need a Grimlock to complete the Dinobot set and missed out on the SS86 Grimlock, then yea, still worth it.

So the rim is rubbing against the outer portal axle? Weird. One solution to this is to replace the wheel hexes with wider ones. You can even get ones made of brass. I wanted to do this myself to get a wider stance for better stability when slanted sideways but haven't gotten around to it. Hopefully that works.

I got mine in Feb 2024, so fairly recent but may have been an old stock of the older version. If you look at old Savage 64 (non-precision) receivers, they are all meta. FYI, the original design dates back to, you guess it, 1964 - the Cooey Model 64. My guess is the plastic end cap is a cost-cutting design change done recently.

This is because any 2ds/3ds have different native resolution compared to DS and by default, a DS game is scaled up to fill the screen of a 2ds/3ds, which makes it look blurry. I thought it was pretty obvious... These Macbooks came with 256GB SSD by default, so replacing it with a 1TB SSD is a huge upgrade and this is the last MBP model that has user replaceable SSD. With more storage to work with, you can do things like dual boot. However, the problem with dual boot systems is sharing files between MacOS and Windows because either OS can't read/write to the other OS's proprietary partition. So, creating a 3rd partition in exFAT as share drive is a viable option given the ample space afforded by a bigger SSD. Any battery will degrade over time, so replacing it is key if you want to continue to use these MacBooks as a portable laptop with usable battery life. When computers overheat, they go into thermal throttling, which reduces performance to reduce heat. This is mainly caused by poor heat dissipation. In a slim laptop, air flow is very restricted so even a small amount of dust can be detrimental. So cleaning the insides can make a big difference. Also, it is a common remedy to reapply thermal paste, particularly with older computers, when experiencing higher temps more often. If you're not experiencing any temp/performance issue, then great, you don't have to do this. The screens have coating and as you can see on mine, they will start to come off like clear coat on older cars. It was annoying to me so I removed it and I showed how for those who have the same problem.
