Disclaimer; I’m a huge Nemophila fan. Sure they and many metal bands produce a ballad on each album, but this one really hits home for me. I don’t know the exact lyrics either as I don’t understand Japanese. However, the cinematography leads us through the emotions. Mayu, initially wrote this song for her son who turns 2 this month. Happy birthday little one! 🎂. Nemophila is now a four piece group and this is their third song specifically composed for the new formation. G.O.D. Is their first one and is completely different. That one is far harder and closer to the metal most of us are familiar with from the band. Nemophila has always been a very diverse band and this simply illustrates the point. Love the ladies. ❤️🌸

You can tell just from the video that the song has to do with family. Mayu has 1 child, Tamu Murata has 2 kids. 3rd song released as a 4 piece, I like seeing Mayu with a guitar. More of a ballad, It's your first one from them, but not their first. "Life " from the 1st album, and "Odyssey" from the 3rd album are a couple others. For something else totally different from them, try "Style".

As we know, Nemophila changes direction frequently, so we can never predict what will come next. I think that's great. Mayu wrote this about motherhood. The baby at the start is Mayu's son. The animated shots shown after each member during the quiet section are images of the band as kids.

Great Reaction 👍 but as you said the funny part is his vocals fits for anything. He has so many songs that is nearly better then the original. His journey covers are amazing and tbh all his covers are amazing

I loved the original for many years, but for me this is by far the best rendition of this song. Not in the sense that it was better sung or better played, because it's one of the most iconic songs for a reason, but in the sense that vocals, music, performance and video made me feel the desperation expressed in the lyrics in a way original never did. Brilliant work from Erik and Jona!As Britt said, Erik was the singer in bands H.E.A.T and New Horizon and he joined Skid Row in 2022 as their new singer in '22 shortly after finishing his cancer treatment. Touring tempo was too much for his health, though, so he quit the band earlier this year. Thanks for your reaction, hope for more. Btw, he and Tommy Johansson did an amazing cover of Sabaton's Carolus Rex, I strongly recommend it, also Erik's covers I Will Always Love You, Headless Cross and many more

Eriks cover are amazing, one of his best. Erik and Jona Tee here on keys was bandmates in the band HEAT, and also together in New Horizon. Erik was also vocalist in Skid Row, but chosed to quit to take care of his health. Jona Tee plays all of the instruments here and also plays a lot of the instruments in Eriks other covers. He also does mix, master and production. So they are both such talented artists. Eriks cover of Black Sabbath’s Headless cross are amazing, he also covers Celine Dions All by myself and Whitney Houstons I will always love you. Both ourstanding performances by Erik. 😀🇸🇪

That might be, as said before, I am German. But at least I think their message is clear and sometime the Indonesian language, which is ful of pictures shines through the English terms...

What impresses me is this shared joy in making music and it has remained the same from day one to today. LOVEBITES' abilities as a live band have developed particularly quickly this year, MIYAKO is unrecognizable; - set a new long-distance record of the 4 front ladies (also thanks to new shoes and a catwalk) - She whipped up the audience in a way that is otherwise only known from MIDORI. At the LOVEBITES at Rock Imperium Festival on June 22, 2024, FAMI ran around like a rabbit, later at the LOVEBITES at Jeonju Ultimate Music Festival on August 10, 2024, she suddenly ran forwards down the catwalk like a cheetah = speed record. If it continues like this, then this "Fantastic 5" can be sent to the Olympics. For 2025, another "9 concerts" (Jan 26 to March 13) in Japan have already been booked to warm up, that could get crazy 🤘🐺🔔🐺🔔🐺🔔🐺🔔🐺🤘
