Have you still been doing this as I've heard you and others say how good it is for your tendons, which also helps in the hook matches. Seems like an advantage you usually have over the people from the rock climbing experience🎉

Don’t know ya but been pulling with Joseph for many years. For his weight class he is an absolute freak. Get those back pressure numbers up so he can’t suck you down in the straps. You looked super solid outside the straps but once in them you needed more backpresh… good luck man! You gained a fan!

You're an awesome puller Kevin, just need more peak Pectoral sideways and more Bicep strength.... Do static side pressure holds to keep your hand inside shoulder with a weight stack and heavy dumbbell table curls with elbow and wrist starting parallel... Use a long dumbbell with short plates and raise elbow up with a swimming float.... 130-150lbs single arm dumbbell table curl is elite strength for a 70-75kg puller, try using 5 sets of 10 with 100lbs and build up.

Joseph lives in my home town and I've pulled him a couple times, and yes I was rooting for him. but I am still a fan of yours and wanted to see a good match. Still feel position for position, hook for hook, you are stronger. With everyone and there mother being a top roller, I feel you have developed a bad habit of catching people outside your shoulder, which in a match like this is a death sentence. I'm open to the possibility of being wrong, but you looked very strong when able to stay inside your shoulder, he had nothing for you, then.
