have you always had hands like that? You've got similar hand bone structure to mine, but your hands are way gnarlier (more muscular). Wondering if you started with well developed hands, or if all the arm wrestling and training really has made your hands like that. Great video btw
I started rock climbing in 2011 when I was in high school and have never stopped. Climbing, armwrestling, grip training and manual labor have definitely developed them over the past 15 years
Man I used to have fat ass fingers and hand muscles and back then I didn’t like that who knew now I would be trying to get that back

My father before he got chemotherapy, and turned 60 had a girlfriend that would call him "popeye" because of his massive forearms. So i would say its a genetic thing since in the photos, some sailors didnt have as big of forearms compared to others on the crew.

Hey I love this idea is rock climbers are consistently proven is high in some of the highest grips and tendon strength for their weight classes. Are you still trying to do these at the beginning and end of your workouts to keep that extra tendon tenacity? Just curious

Seemed like you could have finished at any time, but were mostly waiting until he wasnt overcommitting his shoulder. His wife wasnt helping - technically i guess the pull would have gone on a lot shorter if she weren't goading him, but that's only cuz you didn't want him to get his arm broke lol.
