We have, however instead of mounting it in the APW Vent, we have mounted our ARB Single compressor and all fittings/switches/connections onto our Thorburns ARB Air Compressor panel. It just suited our setup better, and if we need to get access to it without removing our setup we can just undo the panel :) Will have an updated walkthrough video of our new fitout coming soon.

You should see what it looks like now - we have just finished the rebuild!

Kyle maybe try disconnecting the yellow cable from the reverse light and hook the red to where the yellow was (if you haven't already got the red wire hooked up). Let us know if that fixes it 👍🏼

Thanks @geoffrandell9533 :) - Yes, we are hope we will be able to save some $$ and get the rooftop conversion underway. Will have to knuckle down and do some more farmwork! As for the induction setup, luckily Vaughn is a sparky and has had heaps of 12v experience (we live in a home-built van that runs entirely off solar, including our induction cooktops and dometic aircon, so I'm excited to see what kind of system he comes up with for the Troopy!) We will do a run down of that in the future as well. The Troopy currently has a massive 370W house panel on the roof to give our second battery enough juice as we were using the Engel in the Troopy as our permanent freezer. @@troopygear hey its been 9 months wonding how the tanks held up? any issues? also the breather location i thought it was abit low wondering if thats all good in that location too?

@@billcollis431 Hey! It has held up great. The breather location hasn't been a problem for us. We decided to upgrade the pump to a Seaflow 12v Pump, and tweaked the outlet plumbing slightly with the intent on plugging a Joolca in (we didn't end up using it on our camping trip but did test it out). There was nothing wrong with the original pump, but the Seaflow is very quiet and the same as what we are running on our custom made caravan so it seemed practical to run the same pump for us!

Hopefully we can get our bums into gear and get some adventure videos up as well haha!
