Sorry for the bad quality but they mostly travel at night. I think the truck is a MAN 41.604 from the German HH company Seeland.

Dude... an American truck would never have been able to make the turn shown in this video, due to its engine being out in front of the cab in a long nose that adds like 8 or 10 feet to the truck's length. It would have hit the buildings.
