A place with rips from my own record collection, as well as digital songs that aren't online. It's less of a "rare soul 45's for the hip-hop producer" type of channel and more so a place to put stuff that isn't online, online. A place where the stuff less cared about, gets a home.

Subliminal weight-loss record. Side 1 only since the second side is a repeat of the 1st side minus the intro bit.

Likely a record a DJ would play to end a broadcast day or something. Sorry for the flipped image, i don't know why it did that and why I can't fix it.

I had this on LP 60 years ago. Passed i on to someone else. What a treasure.
Just in time for the BBC (the B.B.C., as was) to truncate the Third Programme - most mercilessly .. and so much lamented, as it was, by Henry Reed, Hilda Tablet, and the rest of us. Of course, things were never the same after we lost Heliogoland from the Shipping Forecast. Still and all, squeaky chairs, dialogue, informative chatter, and rain stops play .. was very British, my dear, very British. Yey! ;o)
Good song. It says on Discogs there is another song on this cd called "Gonna Hold Me Tight." Do you have that song?
I do, it's the flip-side to this single, I haven't uploaded to this channel much since it's pretty low priority. Will do, it's a lot more slower.
Cool! Also looking at the record companies Discogs page, this seems to be the only one they’ve produced. Interesting
Wicked good.
avalanches above business continues below
I have some on cassettes of this and have downloaded digital versions so they don't go extinct.Bert and I is partial to those with a slightly warped sense of humor. I'm gladto see this on TH-cam.
is this the christmas record in day 4?
If you’re talking about G1, it’s VERY likely not this. It’s more than likely Music and You (Grade 3). Unless you’re talking about another “day 4”. I’m assuming you meant WaE Part 4.
@@WiltedRoseFlower yeah i meant G1, thankyou
Astonishing how one hear him breathe life into music. 60+’years on it sounds incredibly fresh and spontaneous.
it's in the right channel like in WaE bridge
This is charming as everything. Any chance of posting the rest of the cuts on this album?
Pretty sure the record was longer than 2:31 😴💤
avalanches!
Can you upload more tracks from this album?
I remember listening to this in the 1970s on vinyl . Funny stuff..
Classic New England Humor!!
"Nothing is what the bird had hoped for. It still lives. It feels something. The pain is too much to bear."
Blockhead "The Music Scene" we call that a joint...
206 different bones in your body, Where two bones come together We call that a joint. Some joints are for bending, Some are for rotation, While others barely move at all Or never change location. *CHORUS *So you know the point of a joit. I repeat the joint's a point Where your two bones meet. Now everybody in your seat - Point to a Joint! Fingers, toes, knees and elbows Weil see on close inspection, Fit together with hinge joints That move in one direction. Can you just imagine how You would walk around If your knees instead of bending Started spinning round and round? *CHORUS *Everybody listen please . First bend your elbows And then your knees. You can do it with such ease, And that's the point of a joint.* Your thigh bone joins your hip bone In a way that doesn't lock it. There's the same joint at your shoulder which we call a ball and socket. It allows you to move freely, Back and forth and up and down. Now everybody use that joint To swing your arms around. *CHORUS *So you know the point of a joint. back. I repeat the joint's a point Where your two bones meet. Now everybody in your seat Point to a Joint. * Your skull when you're a baby Is made up of separate bones, Which lock together in fixed joints When you are fully grown. The joints between your backbones Let them move around a little, Which you can feel right now, If you bend over at your middle. *CHORUS *So you know the point of a joint It lets your backbone slip Lets you roll your hips. Now everybody use your fingertip And point to a joint. 'without a joint you couldn't point, And that's the point of a joint!" I had the lyrics sheet come with the album. 😉
Oooooh man that record sounds a little worse for wear.
downsides of a 1 dollar bin. idc it's audio online either way.
Do you happen to know the name of the reporter? He sounds just like Warren Beatty to me!
Unfortunately not, i don't think that's credited on the record either.
