@@lilyhuang7238 I have found a few. I'm using a systemic on several orchids. Thanks.
Most of what you are seeing are dried up mealies.
🤗🤍
They are extraordinary... Thank You for sharing: have a great day 👏🏼➕🍀
@@alisehuisman9842 thanks for watching. Glad you like them
Dang! Nice download.

Gorgeous blooms 💚 Cutest bunn bunn 🤍

Saw one for the first time last weekend. Litchfield NH in the same plant.

Hi! New subscriber here!
Hi just found your channel love your energy..new subscriber..haussermanns is awesome!!!
@@tanya-f9l welcome to the channel Tanya ! I appreciate your comment and yes hauserman has great orchids
I have been praying for you guys that the bad orange man doesn't ruin your country. Our elections were great. So much hatred in your race in comparrison. And people in the states are like zombies cheering on for the next apocalypse. It's not fun to watch - for anyone.
Looking forward to your video later this week!
@@lindaannb they came today! I just finished filming, I'll post tomorrow morning. Thanks for watching
Cool bog! Where is this located?
Near Shreve Ohio
Holly, you have one of THE most beautiful orchid collections on TH-cam!! I enjoy your videos very much!
Oh my you are so sweet! That meant a lot to see this morning. I'll post a video later of my blooming brassia
Looks like you will be taking some home. I haven't bought anything yet this year.
Yes, I bought a flat of lisianthus. The green bloom variety and a beautiful dark red lily. My daughter filled her truck inside and out twice! She has a traveling greenhouse , that she was stocking.
Did you get to a plant swap
🙏👍👍

Good information about orchids plants
You have some very beautiful and well cared for plants. Thanks for showing us....I really enjoyed this video with all the blooms, buds and spikes........take care, Ed.
Ed, thank you so much. You're an inspiration for many orchid growers
Was that a Roy tokunaga or royal chip
The tag says Den spider lily. (Roy tokunaga x Alexandrae) I hope that helps. Thanks for watching
Beautiful . The one looks like it has some Nelly Isler in it...beauty.
Yes I actually have another one that more resembles Nelly
Very nice healthy plant!
Thank you EJ
hey, your paphs look amazing! if you want some more minis, we would suggest a micranthum or thaianum if you can get your hands on one. the thaianum is a fast, easy grower. the fairianum hybrid looks cool, but our fairianum always struggled before kicking the bucket. keep up the great growing!
Thanks, I'll keep my eyes out for them
Beautiful paphs! My first paphiopedilum grew successfully no matter how many mistakes I made. I’ve had it (Druid Spring) for almost 20 years and have divided it many times. My others are definitely not that easy and have been a reality-check but I love them anyway. 😊
Orchids per PC prize hjr ❤
All your dendrobium are beautiful. I have come to the conclusion that I like dendrobium, especially phalaenopsis 😊.What kind of lighting do you have over these dendrobium on your table.
It's just a super bright bulb I use for filming. They don't live there I keep them in another room with east facing windows. Yes you can't go wrong with a good dendrobium phalaenopsis!
I just got my first oncidium a few weeks ago as part of a seller's pick box. It's a pacific pagan 'dancing kilauea.' I told the seller I was nervous about orchids that get huge, so hopefully he listened and it will stay compact. I do the same thing with some hoya species as you did with twinkles. I have about four varieties each of verticillata and carnosa.
You'll do great with an oncidium
Hi 👋 thanks for the support on my channel... I just subscribed to yours... you have awesome orchids 😊
Wow Wonderful flowers ~ Thank you for good sharing LIKE 15 My friend, have a good relationship 😊
Thank you
Forgot to mention I love those pictures- I thought they were Kingwood pictures at first glance. 😍😍
That's why I bought them. We really enjoy kingwood.
@@besottedorchids3605 So do we! We bought a membership last summer and it has more than paid for itself. The kids have enjoyed it so much and experiencing it throughout each season has been so special to all of us. Will definitely be renewing the membership this summer! 🥰
You got some gorgeous ones! I can’t wait to see what the blooms look like on your variegated leaf orchid! 😍 I also noticed that super tall dendrobium- it’s spectacular! I might be able to help on the name- I bought a shorter den that has blooms identical to yours and it actually had a tag sticking out of its moss ball labeled “POF 114 Dendrobium Pink Twist”. I don’t know if it was meant for it or if it was stuck in there mistakenly at some point but it might be something to go on. I snagged a Twinkle like yours as well so I’m excited to know the name. It smells heavenly!
Thanks for the ID I'll look it up
That’s awesome price. Love it. ❤
You’re a girl after my own heart- I also love the patina of aged terra cotta pots!! 🥰 I also removed my Kingwood orchids from their moss balls yesterday/today (I’m laughing because I also did the job on the dining table but over a large paper bag and when I was nearly finished my husband said I should have used our pizza box from dinner last night…wish I’d thought of that! 🤣🤦🏻♀). Regarding the moss balls, one of my twinkles (Yellow bird, I think) was packed rather tightly that upon unwrapping it I discovered a tiny new growth that was struggling to emerge and one of its leaves already has a brown spot. 😔Two of its oldest/smallest pseudo bulbs had also become separated from the rest of the plant at some point possibly when being removed from the grower pot or when it was wrapped in moss. The kokedama technique looks really pretty but it’s just not sustainable for long term orchid growing. Just for a fun experiment I planted those rogue pseudo bulbs in the pot anyway since they still look plump and green, who knows, maybe they’ll decide to throw out a new growth?! 😄 🤷🏻♀🤞🏻 Enjoy your new orchids, I also have some coming this week- cattleyas!! 🥰🙌🏻 Thanks for the shout out! ❤
Too funny, I thought of the pizza box due to it having low sides. My husband wanted to know why I have it in the laundry room. More repotting to do. Lol yes, I'm glad you potted the loose bulbs, you never know, I bet they will grow on for you.
I also have a yellow bird that I purchased from them a few weeks ago.
So excited to have met you today at Kingwood Center and discover your channel! You are so sweet and helpful! Your collection is GORGEOUS! I think I need a paphiopedilum now!!! 😍😍 (I’m the short brunette who bought some den-phals, Twinkles and the Sharry Baby Red Fantasy 🥰).
It was wonderful meeting you! You will have a room that smells like chocolate now . You chose some great orchids. It was a bit of a free for all up there today. They discussed hosting me next year during the orchid event to give a talk. Thanks for subscribing to my channel
I love your paphiopedilums as well as your orange orchids- two favorites of mine! You have such a lovely and varied collection. If there were any orchid shows near me, I would prioritize going to them. You should definitely go back for the discounted display orchids.
Thank you! I'm really enjoying the bright splash of color from the orange. The sale at Kingwood is Sunday. I may head over and spot one I can't live without lol
Thanks for all great information. I am definitely subscribing to this channel. 🔥🔥
You better lol
Thank you for sharing. They are beautiful 😍
Your welcome.
Lighting perfect for me, and I love your set up. xx
Thank you so much. Are there any videos you'd like to see in the future?
Do you have a fan in room and also where do orchids get moisture from the windows
Carol, I don't run a fan on them. We do have a ceiling fan that we run in the summer. I do open the window a bit during summer. We have humus summers here so that probably helps. Other than that I really don't do anything if I see a dry root a will do a quick spray with a spray bottle. Thanks
Beautiful collection! The way you display them looks lovely and curated.
Thank you so much, I'm glad you enjoy them. Since they are in the house I try to have it look nice.
Beautiful ❤❤❤❤
Thank you!
But don't do the flame and the alcohol at the same time. 💥💥💥 😅
Lol yes do not
I do do all the math. Once you know the formulas to use it is actually really easy to just work it out. It's literally if someone gives me one apple and then another one, I have 2 apples. Understanding how much you are feeding comes as easy as that to me. I will admit understanding the logic took years though. You are lucky that you happen to be practically fertilizing perfectly. If you were to double the strength you use it would be ok for a professional grower but with less light, slower growth double might be a touch too much. Just a sprinkle but like you say you never ever want to go too high, it's alway better to go too low. It's just many go far too low. You are not feeding too low which is great. You are completely oblivious how much of a difference it would have made in your orchid journey if you had been using half the fertilizer you have been... So you are lucky you were using an adequate amount to never have to worry about it. That makes a huge difference. And orchids can easily end up dying if one does it wrong. Like said you happen to be doing it right which is great. In summer every second time I would recommend doubling up on the schultz though. It will help put a bigger smile on your face a year later. That will not be too much. Don't do that with the better-gro though. Stick to the quarter tsp with that as it contains a high amount of phosphorous. (35 vs 20 on the schultz so that is nearly twice as concentrated and thus half the amount is as much as the schultz if that makes sense). Anyway I am glad you do happen to fertilize in the right amount cause that is why your orchids are nice and healthy and I am a fan of them 😁
Thank you for your comment and your kind explanation.
I love your magnifying glass lol 🤪 so cool. I have a small and a larger one. I use Epson salt about one teaspoon per gallon and once a Month. I also eyeball it. Sometimes I use my parts per million reader for my Ghost Orchid so I don’t go over and kill it lol (still learning). Be safe and great video. 😊
Yes, the better grow I use mainly during budding or when I believe they r close to it. Your lighting thoughts, make sense. I guess I lucked out. That's y I stress my growing conditions. Thanks for being a viewer
Loved this video. Thanks for the couple laughs. I’m like you I won’t spend crazy money on fancy things to grow Phals. I won’t even run a humidifier because our electric is already crazy expensive. My thoughts are they are either going to adapt to the environment I can provide or I just can’t grow them. I use the better bloom. But k yes it all year. I was told the P is good for not only blooms but also for the roots too. I also use their orchid plus. Don’t use epsom salt because I water with well water and that’s where I spend money because I dilute it 50/50 with distilled. Thanks for the video I enjoyed it.
Beautiful orchids .
Thank you so much.
Hi, beautiful orchids and blooms, the 2nd one I have as well and it’s Called Phalaenopsis Jillion. Mines is blooming as well. 😊👏👏👏🌸🌞🌺
Thank you! I didn't know it's name

Thank you for the information. My nobile is a love memory fizz. I will water and feed and hope maybe next winter I can cut down the watering. 😊. When it looks better I will send you a picture 😊
Hopefully both of our love memory fizzs bloom next yr
I have some dendrobium they’re so pretty and they flower for a long time too which I love I also have lots. Oncidium which I think are my favorite. I have around 125 orchids altogether in grown orchids since around 1990 I just found your channel. Nice orchids
What a wonderful collection! Do you grow in a greenhouse? Yes, the dendrobium seem to bloom forever which is a bonus. Thank you so much for finding my channel
@@besottedorchids3605 I grow under lights on a back porch, which is really awesome. I sure do enjoy my orchids.
If you have a dendrobium nobile type that can not do a winter rest because it is too warm .It is starting to grow new canes. Should I feed and water? It is also growing kikies at the base. 2 leaves. It is to warm in my apartment for winter rest. I live in New Hampshire.
Great question. Im actually posting a video on them probably Tues If you see active growth, I would consider keeping up normal feeding
@@besottedorchids3605 Thanks for the information. I will check out your video on Tuesday.
