You clearly have never heard of Lineage: The Blood Pledge. Throne and Liberty was originally going to be a direct sequel to that game called Lineage Eternal, but the idea was changed. This game seems to have many of the aspects of Lineage in that there are plenty of places in the game world to PvP while also PvE

i play both on my series x, serusly the controls are a little diffrent so iv i binge world i forgot one or two of rises and vice versa

For 2d games I highly recommend Gamemaker. So many neat tools. Especially lately.. they are friendly to learn to. Best advice is pick an engine, any engine and learn it! They are all good at this point
