He's around Navia level, pretty good but not weak at all. You could even say him being on the field less means he clears the mobs pretty fast when he's on-field. He's still the majority of the damage in this team.

I think Crimson Moon R1 is still better, but not by that much. I highly recommend just going for C1 since the weapon banner is a scam and its a bigger dmg increase than R1 from what I remember.

I was in the same situation as you. I skipped out on Kazuha on his first banner, and lost 50/50 on his rerun. So I got stuck with Venti. I only got Kazuha last year and oh boy was he a huge upgrade over Venti. The ease of use, reliable grouping, easier swirls and buffs just makes him better most of the time. His ulti is very versatile too as you can see in the 12-3 second half run. For sure significant enough for pulling.

If you're using a freeze team like me, a well-timed Kazuha or Sucrose ult (right before the pyro shield goes away so that they can absorb it) can help with that. Zhongli can also be a good substitute too. His hold E and burst should break most of the shields.

Sadly yes. For old school hu tao fans, the xq and yelan combo was like a dream team. But after furija and xianyun, we need to accept the fact that the new team is better

​@@None38389 i thought so too. A lot of early players back in 2020 and early 2021 always use sucrose for shield breaking so i thought it was a common thing to do too.

Arlecchino’s Pyro Goblet was Hu Tao’s before so she originally had 74% cr xddd Had to give her a spare goblet 😂 But yeah, if Candace Hydro App worked similarly to Nilou’s she would see more use. Or C6 shouldve been part of her base kit

xianyun also gives 10 cr to hutao I think

She got the easiest side tho. Second side is a designed to waste your time with cheap tricks, even the last chamber of first side that also got the "multi wave" trick has way squishier enemies.

The second side is filled with stalling mechanics like the lectors and operatives that’s why Hu Tao’s clears here are way faster.

at C0 they are almost Equal. You can compare the same team on both chamber and they will have similar result. I think Hu Tao plunge give her survival advantage in hard hitting enemy cuz you are invulnerable half the time but when it comes to pure DPS Arle is slightly ahead on vape with Yelan, Kazuha and Ben. She can easily one cycle both floor on first chamber but so does Hu Tao I guess thanks to plunge giving her AOE that she lacks previously. The story changes the more investment you put into them cuz early cons and sig Arle is fckin broken while Hu Tao C1-2 is useless now with her BIS team being Xianyun plunge while Arle at C1 and 2 absolutely demolish any character with the exception of Neuv. Oh and don't forget that Hu Tao using her sig while Arle using PJWS which is 10-15% weaker than her sig. At C1-R1 Arle is significantly stronger than C1-R1 Hu Tao and the gap widen at C2 and C3 So yea, pick your poison. In the end Neuv is still the most OP chara cuz of not only insane dmg but also stupid AOE spin to win and High HP+Healing making him invincible at C1-R1

Maybe switch sides and see if times are still similar?

​@@zeromailssI surprisingly agree with you although I think at C1R1 they are all competitive (arle, hu tao and lyney). They get around the same dmg boost with arle and lyneys have 5~ more than hu tao. You can look at speedruns, they perform similarly. But at C2+ where the gold or 5star investment is probably around 15, hu tao stands no chance. And when we get to C6 where the 5star cost is usually 30 only lyney, neuv, raiden, navia, maybe wanderer can compete with arle. And the only one that does similar damage to her at that point is lyney, neuv, raiden and navia do significantly less damage than both of them at this point with raiden and neuv at least trying to. Overall she probably does the most damage in the game rn but gap is not that wide. The same way the gap between neuv and second best isn't that wide. I've seen speedruns of arle getting similarly fast runs on aoe Chambers. Same with hu tao a few months ago. So if you are a good player you can make these character perform similarly. If your bad, then obviously navia, wanderer, raiden, neuv and arle are your best choices. I'm definitely yapping but if your good then arle, neuv, xiao, hu tao, lyney (I would like to give cyno honorable mention since his dpr is around 1.9mill but its an unpopular opinion and I don't feel like arguing so), maybe wanderer I guess, and I guess wriothesley is not that bad if you can play his vape well. Thats basically it. I don't think the gap is as wide as u make it seem and I own neuv and arle and xiao.

I think Xinqiu is still better in general because of his consistent hydro app and interruption resist. But Candace can make rotations easier, buff Arlecchino directly, and she doesnt apply hydro to the team. I can see her do better than Xinqiu in the first half though since the first two stages can freeze u if u use xinqiu
