Also, if we really exclude the "Player" from our vision, Frisk is quite, uh... Scary? All our choices in the [ACT] - are made up by Frisk. Like [Insult] and other things like that, that are negative - is made up by Frisk. Our role - is to choose those things. Include the moment, when Frisk was walking to Monster Kid. Frisk did it. It was out of our control. Monster Kid himself was scared shitless. Flowey - he was, also, scared shitless. Of course, we can tell, that, during Genocide run - our LV is influencing Frisk, making Frisk more cruel (the LV explanation, that, LV - makes us distant, and, makes it easier for us to hurt others). He could , technically, get rid of it, but, why should he (by no means Phantom is nice. It's an asshole)? It's a perfect reminder of his goal. Though, logically, if Murder knew, that he "won", he could? (He would never believe, that he could win. So, he would wait for all of eternity. Waiting for "The Human" to come back.). Nor, does he seek help from other AU's and AT's. It's his home, his jurisdiction and such. 5. Doesn't like talking about himself. I guess, Murder could be the same in this department?

If what He told about Asgore is right: "I could have never defeated this old guy without your help" (in the neutral, when he kills him). Then, yes. That's scary as fuck
