Hi! I'm learning Blender, and I'm so glad I encountered your channel, amazing stuff! I have two quick questions. Is this model or the Akira in 3D on your Patreon's? Also, My laptop is high end but it's struggling with blender lol what type of PC do you use or recommend? I'm skilled with Rhino and grasshopper but Blender feels like the real deal haha

Imagine the entire film re released looking like this. Yes. Bring AKIRA back into the new era of anime so that these anime/manga kids of nowadays understand. Becuase it is clear that thay don't really. Also, same with NINJA SCROLL.

I got to say Neo Tokyo looks majestic and dazzling from a skyline view yet below the surface tells a different and deeper story.

Now revert and change current 3d manga back to cell drawings. The circle is now complete 👏

Nice take, a little too clean in my opinion. Neo Tokyo in the original is somehow so dirty and chaotic, I've seen so many attempts to make something different out of the original, but nothing can keep up with it.

I don't like it

Interestingly enough this visualization actually shows the genius of AKIRA. The stylization and panning backgrounds of the original are so good, there is no difference to the 3D models shown in this video.
