Lutong Cavite was started in January 2010 as a blogsite with the primary vision of preserving and sharing traditional Caviteñean food and cooking. No offense that is not the pochero of the Caviteño. Parang nilaga ang pochero sa picture.
From what i read there also was chavacsno de tondo. Tondoenyo which has been extinct for years.
It's just rumors posted by a few particularly started in a blog few years ago. Until concrete evidences is presented it will not be considered as a variant.
Hinahanap ko sana mga ninuno ng pamilya namin dito sa cavite 😅 apelido ng lola ko amador at delgado naman ang lolo ko. Sa lopez jaena yung lola ko at sa pilapil naman yung lolo ko lumaki. Konti lang kasi kamag anak na kilala ko.
Es muy relevante que todos ustedes que trabajan en este canal de lo TH-cam, enseñen lo chavacano en todos os niveles: basico, pratico, intermediario, avançado y tradutor/interprete . Asi estarán ajudando outros a difundir la fala chavacana. Gracias.

Hi! Niluluto nyo pa rin ba ang lugada? My grandparents are from cavite but we are now living here in Davao. Almost all your recipes are cooked regularly in our household. Mejo half from your list, niluluto ko na rin, like the pochero with eggplant salad, kilawing papaya, bacalao and all time fave calandracas. Taught by my lola before she passed away. Thanks for sharing.

@@lutongcavite i cooked lugada last sunday actually. Kaya nga nagsearch ko sa google and youtube kung same ba recipe ng lola. Unfortunately, isa lang nakita ko. Dilis pa talaga ginamit.
@@lutongcavite my lolas recipe is cooking pagi or shark, but i used tuna or malasugue. Pinapaksiw 1st gamit ang luyang dilaw tapos kami na rin nagburo ng mustasa, ang hirap na kasing makahanap sa grocery e. Pati yung dahon ng alagao. Panghuli yung itlog maalat. More olive oil the better. Only caviteños like the taste. Kaya sa reunion, iilan na lang kami ang kumakain ng lugada. Anyway, thanks for the reply. Keep the caviteños way alive. Wala na rin atang nagsasalita ng chavacano ng cavite nowadays e. Zamboanga na lang.
