Crazy how looks really can get you places. ALL of my friends that sing seriously are stratospheres ahead of her in talent. None are signed to record labels, or even close to it. One of them auditioned for American Idol and she made it past the second round but ultimately missed out on the show. She was better than the winner. But I guess she didn't have the look or story to be chosen to compete. SMH.

Britney has looks, talent in singing, acting, dancing, star quality, a great work ethic, and incredible stage presence. Don't pinpoint all her success on her looks when thats not true.

Wow I had no idea that this is what she actually sounds like. She's made so many great songs that I love, but still I've always thought of her as a bad singer. It's so sad... the industry really destroyed her voice. If she had been guided in the right direction she could have become one of the true vocal powehouses of her generation.

The label forced her to fake a nasal gimmicky voice and she didn't have the proper training for her natural voice, sad.

@@linoyTronechtrue but its still weird she worked with professionals and no one asked her why she was singing like that even when it sounded bad even she looked unbothered by it and also people who knew her since she was young or since the mickey mousse club i don’t understand how nobody was bothered by the difference even in baby one more time album you can hear some deep vocals
@@Faxxxxxxxxxxffff singers singing in a tone that’s unnatural to them isn’t something new, so people probably just didn’t question it. i mean michael jackson also has a deep voice but didn’t sing/talk in his deep vouce

I love her real voice soooo much more. Britney fans please don't hate me lol because I have a huge amount of respect for her and her talent, but to me personally the "baby voice" was always quite irritating and a major reason I was kinda put off by a lot of her music back then. Though I guess I got over it because nowadays I find myself listening to more than a few of her hits lol, but it still isn't really a style of singing I enjoy. Love her though. Would've loved to hear her sing in a voice that's at least a bit closer to her natural one.

My personal opinion, I could be wrong but hear me out. I don't even think the voice she's been popular for for years is even her voice at all. I think it's somebody else's entirely. And y'all can research that theory because there's some decent evidence to support that. Especially look into her father and how she was also obviously being drugged and dressed up in ways she didn't consent to. This poor girl was abused her whole life by so many people. I'm even suspicious about her abortion with Justin Timberlake's baby because of how controlled she was. but then again, that's just me. What do you think?
