Coach Nabi is not good in nurturing young talent.Nabi,if you can track his past record you can see that he is not good in using young or grooming young players.Check where Nabi coached,he never had young players but instead he is used in recruiting old and reputable players that he has worked with from his previous teams.That's why wants players like Fiston Mayele,Aziz Ki who he has coached knowing that they understand and know his style of play.Now at Chiefs he found young players and had no option but to use them thinking that they will grasp his coaching style forgetting or unaware that the young players were promoted fro DDC team with no first team experience.He thought or expected them to perform like seasoned players whilst just being recently promoted from DDC ranks.That's why these youngsters failed and ended crying after Downs drubbing.Nabi just ney to tell Chiefs management that his never coached youngsters but old seasoned players from his past coaching stints.Chiefs must just signed old seasoned players that he wants,then Chiefs will see some improvement in terms of results but not long term b'cos the seasoned players their playing time is very short and will retire after 2 to 3 yrs.That's the danger of getting coaches that can't work or groom young players.So Chiefs will to stick with Nabi until his contract ends and get a new coach who will bring fresh tactics that include grooming young players that can be brought into the first team easily and being coached by well and experienced coach,bye.
