I'm sorry but it's just NOT a show. It's watching a bunch of acquaintances play a game at the rec center. I really can't with Critical Role. Even in this most dramatic moment still SO boring. Honestly Oxventure is better, Sagas of Sundry is better even though a selfish a hole tanked their entire campaign...Nothing will ever ever come close to Dimension 20 & every other channel that wants to do actual play needs to figure out: you're making a SHOW. Nobody wants to watch a bunch of randos sit around & have their own personal board game session. Presentation is 9/10's of the law.

This 'Betrayal' rings hollow given that the party never truely seeks retribution against each other. They don't have the guts to kill off another persons charater.

Loved that moment with Braius. Though I gotta ask, if Matt was just going to reveal the twist 🫰 like that. Why not just ask for her passive perception prior to her trying to get it to work? Also if I were Braius and Matt asked “where’d you put the mask?” I would’ve said that I left it back on Exandria at the bottom of a lake in the middle of a certain literal ghost town.

It would be a grapple check, not acrobatics to put the mask on, since a headbutt is a unarmed attack.

I gotta say, the WITCHES in this match fucking BROUGHT IT. They dealt SO much damage to Predathos throughout this match, my jaw was on the fucking floor. I think the only mistake the whole party did, was that they were pretty clumped up when Predathos did his final attack. But man, loved this last match, i also loved how much they took care of one another with silvery barbs, advantage rerolls etc...

How much make-believe damage was that right now? Someone's got the numbers?

I made some calculations... Imogen did 74 blg dmg and 80 thunder on each "hit". Every arm that that is hit "transfers" half of the damage to bbeg. All of the enemies except 1 arm failed the save. All enemies are vunarable to thunder dmg. 74 blg + (80×2) = 234 damage to failed targets. So the main body took 234 dmg, and then 3 arms took 234 dmg as well, which means that main body took additional 351 dmg from the arms that fails the save. 1 other arm succeseded the save so it took half damage which means the main body took additional 117 dmg. 234 dmg (from damage directly to main body) + 351 dmg (from 3 arms that failed the save) + 117 dmg (from that 1 arm that succeseded the save = 702 damage to a single target in 1 attack. Pretty sure laura hold the record for the highest damaging single attack so far in all campains (surpassing percy's 150ish damage). DAMN

WTF? I have a new found RESPECT for Imogen. That is an insane amount of damage! 😎

Hopefully there will a Cerkonos miniature eventually.
