    This concept needs to be given DEBRIEFING to all employers by the MINISTRY But this never happens in Africa. Always gives micromanaging and micro traumatized

    How does the ambulance team or an emergency visitor such as GP or district nurse access information should they visit the client on an emergency basis the fact that this is a paperless system? In other words; How do you communicate with those that are not involved with the client's care on an everyday basis but might attend on an emergency basis?

      Hi there, We have a facility for allowing temporary emergency access via a QR code. You can read more about this here: support.carelinelive.com/hc/en-gb/articles/4402299694353-Emergency-temporary-access We would expect the access code to be stored along with the service user's call monitoring marker (and any other in-house documentation). The person requesting access will be asked to provide their mobile number (verified with a one-time passcode), a photo of their face (verified with AI), and their GPS location before being granted access. SMS and email notifications are immediately sent to administrators and any nominated individuals who will have an opportunity to reject the access request.
