I never tried Marechaussee on Diluc before, but looking at it's benefits & how it works, compared to the Crimson Witch with the same stats level, I don't think Marechaussee set will work the same, since Crimson gives Pyro dmg bonus (15% + 22,5%), plus more reaction damage (vaporize, melt, etc..)

By doing that you can switch rapidly to other characters and collect particles faster while pausing the game, the particles flying towards you won't be paused

@@Xiao___LUMENT Nope, its to collect the energy particles without wasting Abyss timer, cuz normally it will need about 1 to 2 seconds to collect. It is effective when you have limited time to perform full rotation while your energy is not full yet.

The damage could go higher with EM build on Diluc with higher Crit ratio (mostly around 200/higher CDMG), and you have to do different combo for higher dmg.. I used ATK sands with overall only 65 EM & 65/192 Crit ratio, and the combo I used is Skill->Plunge (Repeat 3x) -> Burst, thats why it sucks. The best combo for highest dmg possible is Skill->Plunge -> Burst -> Skill -> Plunge (repeat 2x), since after you burst you will get more pyro dmg bonus. And with my current stats, with this combo I could get around 190K/200K. The reason why I didn't use this combo cuz if I burst early, the enemies wont go down and got knockback instead (move 'em out from team's buffs area), resulted in longer wave clear.. Also for higher damage, some DIluc player used Elegy on Diona (for more ATK & EM buffs), and even Redhorn on Diluc, with those additions damage could go up to 300K or even 400K depends on your stats and Abyss buffs.. Unfortunately I still don't have these kinda additions LOL, wish me luck on the next Venti & Itto rerun

By pressing "Dash" then "Jump" immediately before my attack completely hit the enemy, easier to do with movement speed buffs like Diona's skill or using 2 anemo chars in team.
