Totusi lucrurile sunt mai nuantate. Cei de 45+ nu sunt o "masa compacta" ei fiind de mai multe categorii. Cine stie o meserie isi poate gasi un loc de munca si la 70 de ani daca inca mai poate lucra. Pentru cei cu meserii "de birou" insa viata este mai dura. Iar unii au si ghinionul sa lucreze in domenii in care experienta sa nu conteze decat pana la un punct(in sensul ca cineva cu, sa zicem 10 de experienta stie cam tot atat cat cineva cu 20 de ani de experienta).

Useless ! For the last 4 years I've applied for different jobs, different works, even underqualified jobs , I always get the " we choose to follow other candidates" automatic answer . No phone call, no interview, no interaction, NOTHING ! It is a typical bullshit subsidiary of a respectable company, where are employees are relatives, friends, etc ... they just trash you right from the spot. Bosch should really change the people there ...
