They didn't ban flavored tobacco in the 90s. That was in the early 2000s. I remember because I was smoking Signature blends at the time and when that went through they were taken off of the shelves. When teen smoking was at it's highest for the most part cigarettes came in two flavors menthol and non and most kids I knew smoked non. The kids that smoked menthol a lot of times did it so people would be less likely to bum off them. Here's an idea take vaping products out of supermarkets and gas stations. Only allow them to be sold in tobacco and vape shops and increase requirements for age verification on online orders such as requiring an adult signature upon receipt like we have to do when I order my coils.

Whats wrong with all these statements are theres no tobacco flavor unless there listed as a tobacco flavored product. in ejuice, Its flavoring with purified nicotine which is flavorless. Flavor's aren't meant to cover up tabacco flavor.
