500 gm gosht
300 gm potato
2 sarving spoon oil
1 big size onion 🧅
100 gm curd
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
Salt as per your health or taste
For Special Ammi Wala Masala
2 tbsp coriander seeds
10 whole red chillies
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
5 green cardamom
1 black cardamom
1/4 piece nutmeg
1/2 flower mace
1 cinnamon stick
Whole Spices dry roast & make a fine powder
