slides r great main pool gets packed so go to the deep side, watch out for loose tiles and foot impalments my humongous splinters on the decking over lazy river

They have just redone the main pool so no more missing tiles hopefully! :)

Hi Louise, the outdoor entertainment is held on the terrace outside the lobby bar, this is usually a singer after the main entertainment has finished in the sports bar. I know this seems odd as usually we like to sit outside and watch the entertainment but, you will be thankful for the air con and I think if you are sat outside you may be a meal for one or two gnats

Hi absolutely no worries! So there is a lift up to block 2 swim up rooms. The way it’s layer out on the first floor as you can see from the video you could get a lift in block 2 and then walk to block 4 if that’s where your room is. But if it’s for access reasons then speaking to the front desk on your arrival should allow you to choose block 2. I couldn’t say how often the waves are it’s often at least once an hour but tbh we didn’t spend an awful lot of time at the wave pool. And there are toilets at the main pool and then toilets at the pool snack bar. Both are really close to the wave pool. The benefits of aqua club to the holiday village is, it’s much more compact! Hi @tucker278 unfortunately I’m not sure if the pools are heated I have read that they are but I can not confirm this as we were there in July and I think if the pools were any warmer it would have been uncomfortable haha. I’m sure Tui or another travel agent would be able to confirm this for you. Glad you liked the video!

Hey do you know if the Coral Sea Waterwold and Coral Sea Aquaclub are the same hotel?

Oh don’t be worried! Tbh when we were there, hardly anyone used the swim up rooms day our night. Maybe the odd family for an hour or two. For personal reasons my family spent a lot of time in the private pool, and it felt like a private pool. There was the odd late night swim (us included) but stay directly in front of your room and keep it to whispers. The rules do say sunset is latest you can be in. You will have a fantastic time. As extra info there is also a sliding glass gate across the doors to the outside area so you will be able to have the doors open and the gate across for protection of the little one jumping in the pool

We’ve heard some really bad things about the hotel - cleanliness issues, bad food, lots of illnesses, issues with staff behaviour - any opinion on this?

Hi thank you, coral sea aqua club doesn’t have jacuzzi rooms. It has the swim up rooms. I believe the jacuzzi rooms are the coral sea holiday village which is the sister hotel across the road. And I believe they are on the ground level :) you can use this hotel if you stay there though.

Coral sea Waterworld is where we’re staying my mistake sorry 😂
