Hi. Thanks for your comment. The KEY is to watch the video several times to make notes so that you can create a custom answer to each question asked during the interview. There are going to be a lot of people interviewing for the position so you want to use what I’ve provided to create an answer that impresses hiring managers and gives you the best shot of landing the job :).

That is very true! Sometimes you have to leave because of a toxic environment. The KEY is to still frame this in a positive way, for example, "I left because of structural changes at my previous company and wanted to explore new opportunities which aligned more with my career goals."

Because it's far better to assume the employee is at fault when they actually aren't, than to assume the employee is not at fault when they actually are.

Because most work environments are the same. It is only a matter of time for any environment to become toxic and the hiring manager wants to be assured you will persist trough their already existing toxicity or the one coming up in the future.

You can say the following: "I was part of a reduction in force due to restructuring, which allowed me to explore new career paths and find a role that is a better fit for my skills and aspirations." The reason this works so well is because it shows resilience and a positive attitude toward change rather than focusing on the negative aspects of being laid off.
