This was really insightful, I'm somewhere between a rectangle and an hourglass (curvy but too thick around the middle to be a true hour glass 😂) The examples helped a lot - Im busty and tend to find my jeans gape a lot at the back, flat to no butt, short body and long but shapeless limbs. I love a belt but dont know where the most flattering place to position it is when you hold weight around your middle? ❤

Thank you for this video! I can see how you were worried about the message you would send, but I think you delivered it beautifully. The reality is that most of us have parts of ourselves that we don’t want to draw attention to, but we don’t want to look like we’re trying to hide. This video shows us how to do that. Also, I think if we learn how to wear flattering clothes, our confidence gets a boost and we actually feel better in the skin we are in.

Definitely a classic-elevated with a little splash of romantic. I love soft tailoring in dark/neutral colours, adding pops of colour with my accessories, like floral scarves / unusual jewellery 😊

Learned another helpful tip!! Didn’t realize that each time I put on black shoes to match my black top, it was making me look shorter! This video made it look so obvious. Awesome!!

I have a shorter torso, and a chubby belly, so sometimes tucking things in makes me self conscious or makes me look unbalanced. You’re giving me confidence to try new things/techniques.

I love this video. Making more with less. Makes a girl on a budget feel like she has more options. I really liked the different ways you tucked and tied the shirt. Those little tips and tricks make a huge impact on the outfits. I also love that you are volunteering with women and helping to empower them.

I like how you styled it in real time (showed the tucking in, adding the belt, rolling the sleeves) we get to see the before and after essentially. The purple top outfit was my favorite, but all were great and matched Karissa’s personality. ❤
