เข้าร่วมเมื่อ 1 พ.ย. 2017
At Upper House-a center for Christian gathering and learning-we welcome all who long to explore the life of the mind and the questions of the soul. We desire genuine transformation for ourselves, our campus community, and the world.
We explore ideas, acknowledge complexity, and support growth in Christian thinking, being, and doing across six themes (Arts & Humanities, Justice & Society, Leadership, Science & Technology, Spiritual Formation, and Theology). In doing so, we bring our entire selves, acknowledging our need for holistic integration of thought, word, and deed.

The whole world was populated from 8764bc, not 876,400ya. By the EDENITES: HAWILAH-Americas, KUSH-Australia, ASSHUR-Eurasians, and NOD-west, central Africa, 8764-500bc. Of which all have survivors of the 4502bc worldwide floods. Adamites came later, 6764-4502bc. Noah's children repopulated the ADAMITE lands, Anatolya, Iran, Arabia, Iraq, Kemet{Egypt}, Sudan, India{Babel}, East Asia, Oceania, between 4502bc-to- 1800bc.
Hey, this guy is great. 👍
Mostly junk “science”
The Holy Bible and genetics along with Genealogy and recently discovered Archaeological sites prove the Bible correct. Carbon dating is a hoax We find it in diamonds and we shouldn’t. Bones from same animals sent to different labs are many years difference. Ben the new rocks from MT St Helen’s were already millions of years old
Love this its super interesting. But it feels so intellectually wrong to refer the the Levant as Palestine. This land will not be called Palestine for over 1000 years
radio carbon dating is only an indicative yardstick. no one has made a systematic verification and data analysis of astronomical observations such as solar and lunar eclipses, heliacal risings and lunar phase observations and pinning it down to the egyptian, hittite, mesopotamian calendars. a verified correlation to regnal dates will establish absolute dating of various chronologies. hittite chronology and egyptian chronology is 334 years too early
God bless you brother for your work on this.
you have shown people were working and building administration buildings at a boarder crossing, nothing you presented can be proven to be jewish, most of it is egyptian, no jewish religious items, no names, maybe you need to dig deeper before you claim anything about bible storys and reality.
you said this was a smal site, i think you just havent looked wide enough for walls, and i suspect you will find them and i hope a giant gate.
being at thye edge of a region with a road and large bulding sound more like a customs stop for taxing imports, or didnt you think trade incured taxes? after the large posibly administration building and the fish, i am more certain this was a major trading area, posibly more than one road from the south and east and west needing more admin and soldiers for protection, mauybe of gold from taxes on goods being imported, we have thesse every were today, we know they would have them back then, so if you find this site, and no other qadmin sites, id say this was trade tax and protection for caravans.
painis
I recommend listening to Prof. Finkelstein directly on this topic.....he comes across as far more credible th-cam.com/video/MCDF3MIG9GQ/w-d-xo.html
anyone interested in this topic should watch to Prof. Finkelstein's 26-part series th-cam.com/video/MCDF3MIG9GQ/w-d-xo.html
This was interesting, but did he really say that archaeology doesn't bolster our faith?
He said the opposite actually.

When i do something,,,, anything. I credit it to ME!!! its been me that took care of me!!! No one else!!! Me!!
Or if anything good comes from it, it's because of the risk someone took.

That's easy. Throw out the bible. It's nonsense and not needed in 2024.
So, I've come to think of it this way: To God, who is an immortal being, a year in our life's is like the blink of an eye. So, 6 days could have been around 5000 to 6000 years in our time. There for, what we've come to know as evolution and the time between could have been during the creation.
“It’s not if hard times will come but when”? What a great benefit for an employer to provide.
An amazing interview with Steve Cook and insight into workplace chaplains

GOD CREATED THE MULTIVERSE

This is classic. Dr. Bacote did a masterful job weaving the intricacies and issues around politics, race and Christianity. I have this saved in my favorites and come back to it often.
Excellent video chronicling the decline of Christianity into the impotent nothingness of "spirituality" and "wide religious pluralism". Long have we all known that Christian students are often seduced and lured away from the teachings of Christ "as things loved but outgrown" when they go to universities. This adds to the mountains of evidence. Not sure what Upper House is trying to do though. Are they trying to convince the world that UW is a religious institution? Or are they trying to say that it's a good thing when students discover, as John Muir did, that the Bible is at odds with... botany? Or are they merely courtiers playing the harp to sooth an institution long known for its Christian animus?
Boorsma is a warrior! Love that man and scholar.
God has been putting me on a beautiful path of asking the right questions.
