The youth of this country have been ruined (all on purpose) thru decisive critical race theory and this gender bending propaganda!! Sad thing is these people think they are doing something good! They are pawns of a controlled take down of the United States under the guise of equality!!

Great work and conversation. Congrats!
Thank you!!
If you really want to hear about a Fraud case on a whole OTHER level; i.e. this one's not about "Salesmanship", this one's about fiduciary duty crime/Court crimes and whole lot of other, you should talk to me. I can't say too much because I am without counsel and waiting on a ruling, but its all in the record already and is a massive $165M Fraud in the Cali courts re: Intellectual Property theft utilizing a 17 day phony, no vote Reverse Triangular Merger where the 2 central founders (my partner) were talked into going off the Board because "famous Silicon Valley People" were "about" to join the Board and "increase" our share value, and the in house management team were immediately bribed with written equity grant contracts behind our backs. OUR IP is used/in the IPhone and I was, as an original accountant(Company started in my home, leased in my name), ambushed in a law firm the EXACT DAY the IPHONE was announced to the WORLD by our central client, 30-40% of Revenues for 13 years at THAT point in time. With my witness and no counsel, picking up replacement stock certificates 24 hours before the fake "merger close" I was ambushed with docs from 5 corporate attorneys who said they worked for my interests. Turned out to be they created a fake NDA out of my signatures re: the stock certificates and they (Board Pres/CEO) were able to triangulate my acts against all my co founders and their families and THEN triangulate at the same time; against the hedge fund "acquirer" besties of the County Judge and the State Senator on the Judiciary committee. Its all documented in the Courts and all Media, all Court proceedings have been shut down with a forgery by very very powerful people that CONTROL OUR COURTS and GOVERNMENT AGENCIES, including multiple COUNTY DA's, STATE DEPT of Corporations, FED/State to keep this from ever being heard; all founders robbed $80M/49% owners of Co., of our IP and not ONE single day in Court!!! 12 years!
listening now on Reddit....good on you for doing this...America has no idea how fraud infiltrates and effects their everyday life
Thanks for listening!
So interesting!!
Glad you liked it, Leah!
Would’ve been great to have this information before starting law school, I hope incoming law students are able to take some of this to heart. Looking forward to the next episode in the series!
Great episode!
Laws are only as strong as their enforcement, if Musk makes rules for Mars people on Earth have very little enforcement to enact laws on that planet directly, they can only do tangential enforcement of punshishing any earth based individuals connected to the mars group or embargo goods to mars. However both actions have costs to the nation state that are not insignificant so how much is the enforcement worth to that earth nation? My point is Martians have more freedom then the letter of the law may dictate. Also don't think of it as an earth company making laws on Mars but a mars entity making martian laws for Martians.
Suborbital: like throwing a rock. You're on a ballistic arc that at some point intersects the Earth (or any other center of gravity). Orbital: you keep accelerating. This moves the end point of your ballistic arc further and further away until at some point it goes all the way around the planet and stops intersecting it. You can stop accelerating now and will forever continue orbiting (if there was no atmosphere, Earth was a perfect sphere with perfectly even mass distribution,...). You are in perpetual free fall towards the planet but continuously just miss it due to your sideways motion.
This idea that U.S. law, or the laws of any other country, can be extended to another planet is ludicrous! And it's pure arrogance for a state to claim sovereignty where no system of government or the judiciary exists. Example, Elon builds a weed farm on Mars. What's the DEA going to do about it? Have NASA build pursuit ships? That's laughable as NASA can't even get near 50 year old Space Shuttle tech off the ground after 15 years.
> What's the DEA going to do about it? Fine SpaceX, arrest its executives, prohibit further flights until the matter is addressed, and so on. Until a Mars colony is independent, they can put the squeeze on the Earth side of it.
@@ConfirmedCynic Exactly. Until those executives are living on Mars sustainably with no dependence on Earth, they are subject to the hard power of Earth states.
How interesting is this, something to think about.
If a Chinese taikonaut and a US astronaut get into a knife fight, there would be no jurisdiction because NASA isn't allowed to cooperate with the Chinese to arrange those rules.
Incredible podcast!
One question though, where does your podcast name come from? As a new subscriber, I'd love to know more!
Hey Drew, great question and thanks for subscribing! When quoting something in legal writing you can italicize certain words in order to add significance to those particular words in the quote. When you do this you would add the parenthetical (emphasis added) after the quotation.
Wow, great stuff. This is tremendous content for both lawyers and non-lawyers alike!
Keep the video content coming, it really adds to the emphasis 😏
Awesome episode, can’t wait for more!
Thanks Leah, stay tuned!
