I just replaced my old fairway woods with both the Mizuno 3 & 5 ST Max fairway woods. I can’t wait to get on the course with them

I'm a 9 hc, I play Z785's up to 5 iron=185m I have an old cobra XL 5 iron, which I found in the bushes, stuck a 130g S shaft on and that gets me up to 200m and more in summer. I'm looking at buying a 2 04 3 Driving Iron, to fit in between my 3 wood and my 5 irons, I don't mind a GI iron, which one should I look at for a softer feel but still some good distance?

how far would the 5 or 4 SGI irons go???

19.5 handicap here, I currently game a rogue st max ls, great driver but avg spin is around 1700-1800 so my misses are bad bad. You think reg smoke max would be a good fit? (Without fitting lol)

Did I hear you say Rory’s and Finau’s swing tempos are closer to 2:1? I’ve read a number of articles where both are almost exactly 3:1 with a 21/7 rhythm…did I mis-read that?

This is awesome stuff…the beauty of parametric acceleration! Question. Where are you finding the delta between his max hand speed and speed at impact so quickly? I don’t see it listed in the data fields…I am able to slide the slider to the impact position and see what my value is, but that takes time…seems like you’re reading it instantly? Or is that fancy editing?

Now I don’t own any hybrids or woods if I ordered this would I stilll need to get a hybrid or wood?

Terminology and explanations are a bit confusing (cutting out). I am not even clear on what you are telling the player to do here. It would have been very helpful to provide a visual by manipulating the golfer to where the brakes should be applied.

t350 wouldn't help that swing.

That 243 looks compelling.. how consistent were the distances with that high smash factor? Also offline spreads?

the apex lineup in 7 iron is 33,34,34 degrees between them all. the mizuno is 30,32,34 degrees in the 7 iron. blending the callaway seems easier

I just got a set of Mizuno irons. First time I'm hitting fades in my life.

Good video. Love more review videos out there. But if the shaft is a terrible fit it’s hard to tell what’s going on with a head. I would rather see intentional misses than not seeing the actual potential from a head.

Just got the 220 ST-Z, love it! Longer than my Ping G410 by 20-30 yards and straighter.

Watching this kinda infuriated me because he kept setting up to the ball incorrectly and even kept talking while Scott was trying to teach him. It infuriated me so much i went and tried it myself. Handle back, hood the face, swing shallow and rip left. It’s absolutely amazing the results were instant, and pretty consistent although i did double cross a few. Thanks guys, great video 👌

The plastic badge at the back of the club face falls off after a few months. A real shame as the performance of these clubs is very good ☹️

Same system I use. Practicing carry distances all winter in garage sim so hopefully it pays off. I assume you base it off the carry and not total?

What shaft would you recommend for a 5 hcp player with a 100mph driver swing speed. I don’t live in your area to come for a fitting.

Amazing swing speed so thanks for that. Almost Mr. Roboto. 241 is in your wheel house but the Apex MB combo with the the cavity in 4 to 6 should give you the gaps and consistency you want at your swing speed. The lower handicap lower swing speed versions would just kill your game and frustrate you 😢

I have the st max hybrid and I really like it. I couldn’t really hit the driver but then again I can’t hit any driver lol. That’s why I swing the brnr lol

Great video!! I purchased 223 a little over a year ago. But when I was comparing iron it came down to the APEX vs 243’s. I got slightly more speed and distance from the APEX BUT I loved the looks and feel of the 243! I can only discribe the hits as buttery😂 and when I was slightly off I know it. I haven’t looked at the numbers but by your comments I think you would do a mixed set of APEX. Again great video!
