Welcome to my 2nd video of Mumbai Suburban Timelapse series where we will be covering various zones of Mumbai's Central & Western railway divisions. Today we will be covering "Trans-Harbour Line" which is a branch line arising from "Vashi" (A harbour line railway station) which comes under Central Railway division which covers 35kms From Thane to Panvel. Trans-harbour line connects Navi Mumbai and Thane which terminates at Thane, Vashi & Panvel and also Terminating at Nerul. Until start of Uran-Belapur-Nerul line, Old Flat face retro-fitted EMU were also used in this section, but after start of Uran line such EMUs were shifted there & normal "siemens rake" are used till date. From Thane, The train runs southward towards Koparkhairne & at Turbhe, line branches into two i.e. one continuing towards juinagar terminating at Panvel & other line joins Sanpada terminating at Vashi.
