I can't believe that I have only now learned that you have a star wars channel! This was such a great book. I am enjoying that Andor seems to have started a trend of works looking at star wars from a more political/ideological lens, like this book and presumably the upcoming Reign of the Empire trilogy! And then, of course, Andor season 2 is coming!

I appreciate your response to KB's problem. I have had chronic pain with some related disability for over 40 years loneliness is a big problem. Fortunately my spouse and children are supportive but I cannot say that for many others. Even my parents took over 30 years to even admit it was as difficult as it was. I hope you continue to have supportive friends.

I guess all those issues are solved with communication, in KB scenario she only had to tell her friends how the things worked, if they´re really your friends they will understand and will try to help you, sometimes can be ignorance but sometimes can be not wanting to make feel the other less or different, anyways, problems will get a resolution talking it over, worst case scenario you will realize who really is there for you and they will know how to help better, keep rocking and stay safe!

I feel your pain. As a lupus sufferer, especially in the beginning, it was hard to convey to people, just how hard things were, the simple manual things I used to take for granted, such as twisting off the cap to a tube of toothpaste without difficulty, or going up a flight of stairs. Joint pain made me want to just sleep all day. Nowadays, I'm managing so much better due to medication and diet. Moreover, it was touching to see disabilities or health challenges addressed in a Star Wars family friendly show.

I'm guessing the planet called the New Republic when the pirates blew up their ships when they arrived.

I appreciate you expressing your emotional connection to KB's storyline. A lesson of compassion both kids and adults need to understand

The opening sequence reminded me of treasure planet as well as Black sails. Especially with flints hunt for the Urca de lima. The missing page , mutiny that followed etc. Also the scene where i think long johns silvers crew betrays him over a ship with a single credit.

The kids being from the treasure planet is a brilliant new twist.

Also will say this. The feels something off or dystopian about At Attin

Also great minds think alike. As soon as i heard republic and great works i thought the same. My money is on the barrier being Nihil related though its green etc and reminds me of how the nihil travelled. The planet likely not having a reliable documented hyperspace route or beacon. On top of that likely didnt receive the communications relay great work either.

The pirates said old republic credit in mint condition. Considering the empire got rid of nearly all old republic credits etc more evidence the planet was cut off since the time potentially of the high republic

I was going to wait until it had finished to restart my Disney+ subscription (too may good shows on too many services to subscribe to them all) and binge it but this looks too much fun to wait.

That was a great review, and you are really going to get me back into this show for another attempt at watching it! I do have to say, and will say, that I hate that you have so much pain right now. You will get through this, and come out stronger on the other side. I do also accept the role of Emotional Support Canadian if you ever need a friend who is outside of the normal channels.
