Distractible Podcast Song About Wieners
This isn't a typical video for me to upload. I listen to a podcast called distractible and a little while back I had made this song. I decided to clean it up a bit and publish it. This is just a meme song and completely non serious.

two nerds improvising on piano and french horn

don't mind the double base in the background we were in music class and decided to start improvising. He's only been playing french horn for two months so please don't say anything rude. He plays the cello very well though.

I can hear Claire de lune somewhere in there, nice improve mate

and we got a new artist
yooo nice improv :)
Absolutely legendard algorithm pull
Pretty!! Very pretty!!! 👏 👏 Keep it up!!
sounds really good! wish the double bass in the background wouldve shut up though lol
nah shes really good and she was the only one actually practicing
I guess you like Schubert
i literally dont listen to music. I can't even name a single piece by Schubert. I wouldn't even know a piece by Schubert if I heard it
Impressive man keep it up.
nice one beside hard work and experimentation, what kind of teacher gets you to improv like that? I just started the piano and I should probably mess around at least a little longer before asking this but I'm curious about how much comes from you only
thank you for the very kind compliment! if you can read all of this i think you would find it interesting best of luck to you. ill happily answer any questions and clairify things for you. i would love to hear your thoughts. ITS ABOUT PASSION in my case i think i just genetically have a passion for piano and thats what brought me to where i am. i care about all concepts of music. I find it facinating and enjoyable to think about. thats why i play piano. i think of passion and love for something like the upper limit of your mind's ability to care about the thing, and you need to care to do well. you need passion to reach your true potential. i dont know if thats scientifically true but in my experience this is trye with everything in my life. apart from physical activities to a certain degree. RESEARCH however im not sure why im passionate and i would highly recommend you delve deeper into that topic yourself. same with me i suppose. i say that because you dont want to force passion in a way that might have a negative effect. MOZART "Neither a lofty degree of intelligence nor imagination nor both together go to the making of genius. Love, love, love, that is the soul of genius"(Mozart) QUOTES if you read quotes from all the great composers composers. they well tell you something similar. iv only read quotes by; mozart beethoven chopin and bach. however im sure many more have said the same to preface this im not saying this is you specifically. this is a concept i think would help people in general. TIPS✅ not seeking advice means you believe in yourself. one tip i suppose would be to ask yourself before you ask for advice. i could give evidence to that but instead i want you to think about this next thing. REASONING my claim is if you have questions you have curiousity and care about the subject. so why waste your care and curiosity on only asking for advice when if you truely care, which you do, you should burrden yourslef with the responsibility of embarking on that adventure yourself? so do that asking for advice is no differnt then not beleaving your capable of knowing on your own THINK OF ADVICE LIKE THIS✅ advice to me is not the path to success but an aditional perspective to add for fun on the adventure im already taking. so take you questions as a course of action and interest and reward yourself for asking those questions. because those questions if you task yourself with answering them. thats the epitome of curiosity.
to address your specific questions i dont have a teacher. the greatest teacher is your passion. if your asking that question you clearly have an interest so its undeniable you do have a passion for it. but im sure a teacher could help
@@isayawhaat1634 *asking for advice is no differnt then not beleaving your capable of knowing on your own* You're very much right, I'm just trying to deny my apparent lack of passion (at least, not enough), deep down I knew it was about passion but I'm getting lots of frustration from -not quickly and easily improving- being impatient, very typical of non-passionate people... So I was thinking of maybe getting a teacher to get past that very beginner stage, hoping (lol) that passion would ignite back again. Or pushing through it by mindlessly doing some exercices until I feel confident enough to start improving or just playing, idk Do you ever get frustrated? Well obviously not to the point of impacting your passion Actually I thought you had a teacher, I feel like I've seen you mention it somewhere, maybe you were talking about a common music teacher at school for every student. Thanks for your answer, looking forward to hearing more improv from you!
@@seinou7471 I think one of the main things I need to know is what exactly is your goal that way I can tell you what path you can take But you got a lot of the main ideas. I'm very impressed by that.
@@seinou7471 I forgot to send that message I thought I had already sent it
Crazy nice my man
Nice :D

Love your experimentation, It's amazing to see what you come up with. You're a great impressionist. You've got such an amazing career in front of you!

Musescore's strings sounds are horrendous...
they honestly arent. there better than finale. i have struggled to find string sounds and muescore was just free plug and play. there's also strings you can pay for in MuseScore which are even better than these ones.
i think you could of used flute instead of violin for some parts where it was too legato
that would work, I wanted to keep it for all strings this time
This is pretty good, unfortunalty musescore's strings sounded too 'legato'.
we're specifically do you think it could've been less Legato?
Very nice!
Thanks you
Absolutely love what you do! Do you have any tips on impro? i'm trying to get into it more and struggling lmao you've inspired me
if you would take away anything from this know that accomplishment having a team to back me up. getting affermation for my playing. is i think the reason i was able to play through struggles and I look for something higher than my struggles I say that because piano is my strongest skill, and the only one where I get affirmation on through that process. combine that with an extreme passion and curiosity and golden love love and love for it The biggest thing I've noticed between people who are really good at something and people who are really bad is the way they perceive failure and the way they seek advice. my first question to people who say they struggle is, why is your struggles at the forefront of your concern and not the passion. this is a really short and concise version of multiple philosophies I have which I am trying to flesh out. so that's a very general idea. but if you think it would be helpful, or if that sounded helpful at all, I could totally make some videos on it. i've never told myself I struggled at improv because it was never a concern. with that said that doesn't mean I think im amazing. but when your priorities are in not struggling that says a lot about what you're trying to accomplish. and I'm not trying to shame you for this because this is what 99% of people all do. it's hard not to. but I think one of the biggest factors that caused me to be able to do that philosophy without having knowing how to do it is accomplishment pianos one of the only things in my life where I've always had this team of people telling me that I'm doing really well as well as the fact that I'm just really interested in it
Dang I can’t wait till my improvs sounds this good. Keep it up!
thank you! im sure you could if you want it
You're amazing dude, keep it up
thank you!
Very beautiful!!!
thank you!
I wish to reach this level of musicality one day 🎉
im sure you can just stay obsessed!
👍
The slightly out of tune sound is nice
agreed i actually noticed the different tuning messes with my memory dramatically and im unable to tell what key im in as well as i dont remember improvising it. when wirh normal tuning thats not the case
LETS GOOOOO
Grate job Alex!!! You get better and better! Wolfenloewe..
beautiful !
thank you!
Simply amazing for just improv. You're future is amazingly bright and filled with much success.
thank you!
good bro
thank you!
hey buddy... i hear you like 432 hrz... ever thought about unequal temperament?
I think my pianos able to do it. I'm not totally sure. there's a pure minor option that might be what you're talking about. and then picking what temperament key. whatever it is, I tried it and it sounds very interesting
Are you planning on doing anything in the realm of jazz improv?
my teacher was talking about that i think i we'll eventually

What is baroque without ornamentation! Jokes aside this was enjoyable. Definitely a bit too grandiose at some parts to fit into the "Baroque" mold
YES ill need to do it again baroque was the very initial theme i made a while ago and improvise from there
