@@KnotSoSeriousGamer it doesn't make sence really. I choose to play melee, i equiped shield from the begining and trying to build tanky heavy-hitting warrior with one-handed. Why should i avoid getting hit? Wtf is this? I really hope that act 3 trial is not like this and more combat oriented. Probably gonna outlevel act 2 trial and never return to it.

That is not true. They hotfixed this. The hyeanas will come up and swarm you all the time, even if you stay in melee and in his initial spawn position. Likewise he will use his 3 hit combo with the 3rd oneshot attack now. The tactic in this video doesn't work anymore.
