This is taboo for me, cremation is to burn the body, totally against my christian belief, i did it myself, resinged my job, hope my hole family dont try it, this is absolute noncence for me, wonder how will cremated people get up from their graves if Jesus come back to this world

Interesting story on cremation, but I’m old fashion and prefer to be put in the ground.

Back in 1976 we had what were called X days. Several options to learn about different things out of the classroom. I visited a water treatment plant and on another one I chose the crematorium. Wow, have things changed!!! Back then after the body came out of the cremation process the cremator would take a rubber mallet and break down the bones more. The end result was still the splinters. I do wish "ashes" weren't pulverized. I kind of liked the splinters. It seemed more real. The pulverization to dust now kind of reminds me of a "protein" drink. Kind of a scary thought.

to me this is the most cruel thing humans can do to another human being. Earning their dna from earth as if that person never existed on this planet and erasing them from the universe is beyond cruel. This is why I have a will that clearly states that I not to be cremated or thrown in a mass grave most cities have. Humans always finds ways to be cruel to each other, even on death. It's no wonder humanity will never reach a type 1 species. Humans don't deserve to live on this planet.

That's kind of stupid to burn a coffin,or box when cremating,one it's costly, second your getting that with the body ashes

The time it takes to burn a body in that furnace, varies from 15 - 30 minuttes, up til 3 - 4 hours. And some of them dance in the flames. And it is considered a burnt sacrifise King Ragnar Yahuwah

I wonder. My father jyst died sept 8th and monday im going to go out of state to tend to.his cremation and burial. I wonder if Ozark memorial will let us push the button.

I assume that the mortar used to secure the fire bricks is Satanite, the same material used to line smelting furnaces?

If in the uk you can be embalmed you will be when that happens and after also we make dure you are dead from medical tests and in the funeral homes

My grandfather was cremated in 2015 my grandmother will be cremated in a day or 2 or so we had her viewing today she will be taken to centenary (Qld) then cremated then we will get her ashes to do as she wished with them but I never knew a family member could press the button or be present for the process Id like to be but I'm not sure I'd honestly be able to handle it , my grandmother was my best friend and she meant so much to me that I'm not sure I could witness it I wasn't too bad at the viewing but the cremation process id break down

They make it look cool. But there is nothing abour it that is cool. Bones of tour loved one are crushed. People abandon them. Pope Francis said we have a society of indiderence.

Aren't you technically losing some of the person when removing the bone fragments and then sifting through them, before the final grinding process? Isn't there a way to to do a full containment from that particular point in the process?

Do not agree that burial pollutes more than cremation. Cremation uses fossil fuel, burial does not. Most of that natural gas is extracted by fracking, which puts huge amounts of lubricants and fracking chemicals in the ground.

This is the cruest way any can imagine to the death body. Being muslim we wash the body , wrap in white cloth and bury in ground. We all do it in 4 to 5 hour after death. It looking nature way and right way.

That's hellfire! Pls choose your beliefs and ending wisely! Or fear the consequence!
