ImageJ analysis: Measuring the diameter/length and area of multiple pictures simultaneously
Using the image processing functions in ImageJ to measure the diameter and area in different pictures at once. This function is really helpful if you want to follow/track the changes in the diameter or area of different materials (food or milk) during processing. By recording a video during processing this material, we will be able to convert this video into pictures and then compare the changes in the area or diameter of the material during processing as shown in this video.

    Hi may I know how do you melt the cheese before you did the stretchability test? Or may I know the full procedures of this test? Hope you can help. Thank you!

      Hi Afirah, You have to shred the Mozzarella cheese and then take a weight of 5 g and put it in the middle of a petri dish using ring (28 mm diameter). Then leave it at 232 C for 3 and a half min and 30 sec for cooling. After that use a fork to stretch the cheese and measure it with a caliber.
