Nice, feeling how the bloating and pain receded within approximately two months made all the difference, I simply go’ogled the latest by Tilly Strankten and her Ovarian Cyst Guide and although it really took about 10 weeks for it to totally shrink and vanish I’ve never felt so light and relaxed.

Hi, I wanted to share my thoughts. First of all, I'd like to say that I listened to the entire conversation because I wanted to give you respect and listen to what each and every one of you had to say. Now, let me share with you a view that you may not have considered. Huda mentioned at one point that when she experiences something that one of her patients says to her that she knows that she needs to deal with it for the good of taking care of the patient. In that moment, she showed internal strength. I believe developing internal strength is crucial. The fundamental issue with the approach that you all are taking is that the world must change. An enormous amount of energy is being expended on trying to change everything around you. I understand, it's a big task and wouldn't it be easier if everyone was just perfect? The problem with this idea is that everyone is not perfect and not only that, but the fact is, there will always be people who say things that will hurt you. From now, until the end of time. The idea that you can change the world with enough investment in educating people is wrong. And even if you somehow were able to achieve that, would that really be satisfying to you? You will still have a character flaw that you have not dealt with. You will still be emotionally vulnerable. At any moment someone could say something to you and destroy you or "traumatize" you as you put it. Is that really how you want to live your life? Giving the power to traumatize you to everyone around you? Instead, let me suggest to you an alternative. Develop the same internal strength that Huda had to muster to take care of that patient. Become strong so that no amount of microaggressions will be able to shake you. I'm not asking you to respond to me. But I did give you an hour of my time. All I ask is that if you read this, just reflect on it. It is much easier to develop internal strength than it is to change the actions of every single person on the planet. Not only that, but I have to say, when you are so judgmental about everything that a person says (even when that person has no ill intent whatsoever), that honestly makes people want to avoid you. Not because they dislike you, but because they are afraid they will say something that upsets you so they would rather stay away from you. It's a very very bad approach to the real internal struggle you all are dealing with. I would strongly suggest that you develop your own internal strength and take the power to hurt you away from everyone around you. Let's be honest, some people simply do not want to change and if everyone on earth does not want to change where does that leave you? It leaves you helpless... Good luck

This also explains when you go to the doctor and tell them your pain level they dismiss it because to them you're lying there's no way you're in excruciating pain. It's crazy because I just visit my doctor not too long ago and told her how I kept hearing a clicking sound in my shoulder. she said the muscle will grow back stronger just give it time and I was sent home with ibuprofen and my regular medications gabapentin for my lower back. I've been suffering from back pain ever since a car accident when I was young as I've gotten older it's gotten worse it's hard for me to stand up on my feet for long period of time. It's also frustrating because I have a 5-year-old to care for and I need to be there for her.

I couldn’t give a damn who, what, whatever you identify as, as long as you’re a kind human being . I dont feel the need to explain that I too am a person of colour (my skin is white), I’m female, married to man, am of Christian faith, etc etc; GET OVER YOURSELF FFS

I am a physician and race in 1973 was agreed to be the term for Breed of human. Just as a veterinarian needs to know the breed of each species they treat so does the physician. The physician is a ONE SPECIES doctor and race is the breed. There are several breeds of humans. One thing different among human breeds is the liver enzymatic systems. Surgeons are quite aware of the minor variations among the breeds. Which drugs to choose often relies on which mix of breeds (races) an individual has. My chief residency was Consultation-Liaison (today known as Psychosomatic Illnesses Psychiatry). Knowing the breed (s) , the race (s) an individual has, the physician or health provider has a better chance of determining the cause of the cluster of symptoms. So denying race is STUPID in medicine. It is a tool to help determine what might be wrong. Re listen to her talk and see how she uses this tool, but the hypocrisy of denying race is insanity. I HATE WOKEISM. This person is knowledgeable but tripping over this Marxist crap. She should drop the Marxism and fully embrace full racial identifications in great detail. I am a good medical historian precisely because I ask in depth family history especially multiracial background. Without ASKING for a family history one cannot know by looking at a person their multi racial history. Americans often are multiracial. Reporting needs to include the racial especially multiracial background. She is by principal failing at this in this presentation. The further information, if one waits gets that racial information; it needs to be up front as she was taught (I hope but I have been out of medical school for decades). Shame on her.

When I work for an independent group, we all had genuine concern for each other as members of the group. When one of us were sick or injured, there was no hesitation in stepping up to the plate. Now with these large private equity groups, I am told the rule of thumb is to not step up to the plate until a bonus is offered. This is symbolic and indicative of what has become of our specialty.

As a woman of color, there you go singling us out again. It’s ridiculous. It’s people like you that think you’re doing people of color a favor, but you’re not, you’re making other races resent us because you’re always trying to pay special attention to us to make up for the systemic racism YOU perceive and force everyone else to believe in, while ignoring other races.
