K1 Speed Irvine VLOG, Getting Ready for State Championship | PART 1 (feat Aiden)
It’s been a while, but welcome back everyone to another racing video! Today we are visiting K1 Speed in Irvine, California in order to get ready for the K1 Speed State Championship held on January 28th, 2023. This is the first year K1 has held this official schedule and competition without the need for K1RS points, so it will be a first for everyone involved. This is a part one video so there will be more to come! I will be vlogging the whole series from start to finish (or as far as I make it into the competition)
Unfortunately no GoPro footage for now but I hope to get some more videos of us racing next time, my brother couldn’t film us much that day due to racing on his own on the other tack. Anyway, hope you enjoyed this video and let me know if you have any questions or advice down in the comments below!

man what a battle that was, wish i could experience that. sadly the karts at our k1 speed in jessup, md, are very inconsistent. my fasted lap at the track is a 17.4 and the last kart i drove there i ran an 18.1.

5:33 is wrong. Your kart will always have the same hp no matter what sprocket (gearing) you are running. Also, if he was running higher gearing, it would actually mean his kart accelerates faster, reducing his top speed. When you owner kart, typically more experienced drivers run lower sprockets, while as beginners tend to run higher sprockets.
If you are bouncing then you’re going too fast into the corner, hope that helps

how long does the racing last? and do you guys get time to practice? if so how long? do you only get 1 lap qualifying?
Hi there! The racing lasts 14 laps, we get no practice beforehand, only a qualifying run that consists of 12 laps 😊

@@aaronhernandezestrada4513 Thank you very much! Yes, it costs $44.99 plus tax. Registration is at 5:30 but I recommend you come there a bit earlier to maybe get a practice run in. Everything ends around 8:30-9 (depending on the amount of participants that day). Will not be racing in August as I’m off on vacation, but will be returning in September! Hope you enjoy 😊

So much wonderful awesome talent dancers. Im amazed. The dancing, the choreography and the music amazing! They all seem to enjoy what there doing and the are really great. Beautiful
Sounds pretty good. There were parts where I felt that the solo clashed with the style of the backgrounds, which is something to always be conscious of. I’d also work on exploring more of the range of the horn during licks or the likes. Keep up the good work 👍

I was in Blackpool ( winter Garden ) at The Blackpool Dance Festival ( whe i was 20 years old and now i am 62 years old ). A long time but love latin and modern dance for all my life. It may be an internationally open competition, but Blackpool is not the olympics where you are representing your country. The loud chanting of USA USA USA from your corner of the ballroom I doubt made the USA more popular at the event. Ever heard of humble in victory? Having said that, you danced beautifully. Truly delicious to watch.
