I think such roads and SGR are even in Mombasa, leave alone Nairobi. The SGR in Mombasa started working around five years ago, the one in Dar has not even started working; the port in Mombasa is by far larger and better developed than the one in Dar; but I also have to agree that Dar has more towers and a big population than Mombasa. In short, I see no reason why this guy should make his title as a very big deal, yet almost everything TZ does, it first get the clue from Kenya, whether it's SGR, air port expansion. Who tells you that Kenya will be stagnant till 2025?
