Hi This is my first video on the channel and I’m going to review the all new Nokia G 42 5G device
ordered this device today to replace by good old Blackberry Evolve.......sad that 6+5 gb version wasn't available at the time so I went with the 4+2 gb version, hope it wouldn't upset me
Is this phone still working fine or any issue?

Have you felt strain on your eyes while using this phone? Actually I have received this phone today and I am feeling strain on my eyes while using this phone. I have another smartphone but my eyes feel comfortable while using that phone.
Tip n trick for longer 🔋 life.. Turn off WiFi scanning and Bluetooth scanning. 💯%🔋 saver. 🤌

Can you help withcouple of things in this phone.. 1. Is Career Aggregation is working on Vi network (or the network you use). You can verify it with NetMonster app. 2. Is this phone really have WiFi 6 (Just curious as this chipset doesn't support WiFi6). You can verify with Devcheck app.

I am not able to connect my Nokia g42 5G into the 5G network in the Android settings I have enabled the 5G network but then to I am not able to connect it into 5G

Generally good phone for the price,pour wifi,supposed to be ready wifi6e ready,but always very slow wifi,about 10 times slower than my wifi6e pc. Any suggestion?

@@munnasharmax I just bought this phone but there's one big problem, in all android games there is a sound delay like all the sounds in the games come out in 1 second delay on speaker and headphones as well and this does not happen while playing videos or listening to any other thing, only in games. This makes playing shooting games impossible since I'm not able to hear gun shot sounds in real time, does the same happens on your phone as well?
@@FadedWorld. No in my device it's good, sound appears on real time while playing any game... Maybe you should wait for your game update...
Hi KC, I bought the same phone after your review, everything is good I'm just having one problem and that is when ever I use google assitent it answer everything perfectly but in very low voice, I tried everything my phone volume and notification every thing but I dont' if it is somekind of glitch or what that google assiteent always respond in low voice, If I use google to manuely read something on web that it's volume it's perfectly fine but when I try to use in general it answer in very low voice, are you facing same problem ? or you know anykind of solution?

Here are a couple things to try, open Google in apps, clear cache, close and open app and see if this solves the issue
Secondly when you ask the assistant for something, ask it to turn the volume up to maximum and see if the issue gets resolved
Lastly turn off hey Google hotword recognition and turn it on back again

Nokia is the only brand that has no green line issue can you say how strong is the glass and pros and cons.
Build and glass look perfectly well and not delicate..always better to have a tempered screen installed..I am using without one

How is the audio and speaker quality?
Its a single speaker..audio quality is functional and not great to keep listening to music..its alright for some media..Call quality on speaker is very good

Functional and decent, don't expect very bright screen outdoors

It's been two weeks that I got the device and here's the quick update on how the device is holding.. Battery - Good (lasts about 24 hours or more) with location, Bluetooth on and heavy usage; Call quality and signal reception- very good, clear; Heating - not much unless you are using it under hot sun, No other issues to report. Again I think it's solid for the price point..
Any charging port problem like before???...

In most of the Nokia Phones, there will be an Issue with Amazon Prime video. It cuts off the front camera part which has notch and some more area. There won't be any setting to make that area visible. I hope you understood my question and would be helpful if you could test and confirm

This is not SD 4 Gen 2 😂 This is SD 480+ launched two years ago which is 8nm fabricated not 4nm. Research properly. But rarely people uplaod videos on Nokia devices which you did. That I appreciate.

I was confused about whether I should buy this or not. But your review helped me decide not to. Most important thing in a phone is microphone and speakers. We mainly use the phone to communicate. It's unfortunate that Nokia can't provide noise cancelation or two mics.
He said in the review that call quality was 9/10. So why not?

@@HappyCamper-i2i But he didn't provided a single audio sample recorded on this phone to test noise cancellation. Same as didn't review cameras at all. Just said "cameras are bad" and that's all.
@@petrok8618rear camera is functional for day light photos.. average..don't expect crystal clear noise less pics..
@@petrok8618also call quality is good, but if you are in noisy environments, the other side will hear a little background noise.. it's not a deal breaker..overall good call quality performance

idk man its been mentioned everywhere else that its CPU is actually 8nm, not good really... You sure its 4nm? Plus its Snapdragon 4xx series, as much as I know SD4 and SD6 series aren't worth it they are slow and heat up
The processor is a low range CPU.
Processor spec aside, I find performance to be good without lags.. that's mainly due to stock Android
