This is a very old generic bread and butter cool down reduction build, make sure your reactor has cooldown reduction and preferably duration up too. Stopped playing the game but I'm sure there are better builds by now.

Same, I also play offline. I thought my builds were pretty good to alright but apparently not because I keep failing the damage check without the SB bursts, which despite my settings the NPCs keep setting off just before the check. I guess, I'll do more grinding and/or need lots of luck to pass this. Take care, good luck to you.

I feel its still too early to say, Narmaya is a really strong candidate though.

Honestly seen all the characters appear in online Proud lol, they all have their own unique gameplay style and also perform really well in Proud, from playing them myself and also seeing others play them, I would say "Spoiler character", Percival, Siegfried, Yodarha, Cagliostro, Zeta, Ferry and Charlotta perform exceptionally well. Ultimately, all the characters have been balanced really well and are viable from beginning to end, I would say just pick your favourite and have fun!

i used shadow play ^ ^ , fraps was on because at the time my shadow play didnt have a fps counter

JayRPG T Try bandicam next time, smoother, and more optimized, used only half as much resources as fraps use
