@@theohugz2212 Being in Korea for a short time I had bought the one rated for 220V. I bought the plug adapter to fit the plug over here in the U.S but the Volts over here are 110. I am about to try a voltage converter. I assume your issue is different, regardless I'll let ya know if it works.

@@theohugz2212 So we tried the Wattage Transformer and no luck. Costco was able to exchange it for this year's model though luckily
