To celebrate the release of the Matrix Resurrection trailer release, I edited the trailer music to the original Matrix film footage!

I think I’m unfortunately one of the few people that came out of The Matrix Resurrections and actually enjoyed it. I think it was an awesome and really creative way to bring back the franchise. Not to mention expanding the mythology and bringing in likable new characters like Bugs. Now I’m not saying the movie’s perfect or that there wasn’t anything I disliked, but all in all, I found it to be a really good time. I can only hope that Lana Wachowski is allowed to make a fifth installment if she has plans for it.

I'm one of Those who knew The Matrix Resurrections would be great. I have enjoyed it. I liked everything about the film. It's actually my favourite from the Franchise. I believe one day the film will be appreciated and understood.
They never should have made the new one they totally killed it but I did find humor in the subliminal messaging about the contract and how Hollywood can make people do pretty much anything

Dude, this trailer is the best one I’ve seen for Resurrections. Only thing is some shots like in the beginning flow a little fast. I think that’s a minor issue w some fan trailers is that shots end abruptly sometimes and the flow seems unnatural. This trailer is still amazing and if we’d gotten a trailer like this for The Matrix back in ‘99, I probably would’ve freaked the hell out.

@@ianbedwell6031 thanks!! I had some troubles with the beginning, as I didn’t want to use the original text of the trailer 2021, only the song, effects and style. I love yours as well. Really really good pace. And I think your Neo/Smith flying/shooting is better used than mine.
I just re-watched The Matrix last week, and even though I had seen the film 10,000,000 times before, I still was enthralled and did not turn away once. It is a work of art. This trailer/mashup has made me just want to go rewatch it agian.
