Bro, I am the same way. I am renewing Christ. I spent time in prison 20 years ago and completely changed my life. I used to walk around like a tough guy as well but now I am very peaceful and passive and choose my battles. I’ve walked away from people, and they think it’s a weakness but when I became a Christian, I realized I had nothing to prove to the world
